Super easy to set up, from unboxing to programing to enjoying a show. Simplified remote control is a fantastic improvement . Vibrant picture especially on Hi-Def sports broadcast and I am on a simple antenna. Sound is fine as well. This Samsung is well worth the extra $ from the less expensive options.

Great product very clear picture easy to navigate from one applications to another. I enjoy all the variety of applications for plenty of options for movies, games, music, and my favorite plenty of Sports selections. I never have any issues with the clarity of the picture. It’s definitely an upgrade for the latest in overall performance of Smart TV. I’m very satisfied with my overall investment. Highly recommend this TV!

I was only able to get this TV because of the Best Buy location that I was going to had an open box special on it and I waited about two and a half months to get this TV the price that I needed to be along with my mother purchases. I couldn't be happier that I waited This is the first smart TV that I've ever owned the first TV that I phoned since 1996 when there was the old console type tube televisions. And boy to Samsung knock it out of the park with this The picture the ease of operation the smooth transition from Galaxy device to Galaxy device is Samsung just cannot be beat when it comes to that so Apple eat your heart out there's nothing you can do as far as I'm concerned to top the Galaxy line in Samsung's products The quality the value and the craftsmanship is first class cannot be beat thank you Samsung for another great product recommend this to anyone absolutely.

This is a great TV. I was having trouble with a n older TV and glare from a window in the late afternoon. This picture does not get washed out with the glare. The Set up is easy. If you have an existing Samsung account easy peasy! I like the remote.

I have only had this TV for a few weeks, always wanted a QLED and the prices came down and sale price was less than a 2022 model. Set up was really easy, only had one small issue and a call to Samsung got it solved quickly. Amazed no long hold time and the rep "Earl" was very patient and friendly. While on the phone with the rep from Samsung, he pointed out a few tips on how to do certain things which was great. He spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone. If it is like all the rest of my Samsung purchases, I am sure it will last a long time. Geek Squad guys who delivered were great answering some warranty questions that the sales rep could not answer at the store. I bought the Geek Squad Total Protection warranty because it was of less cost than buying just the regular extended warranty for the TV. Due to some recent visits to Best Buy, especially during the holiday season, I had some doubts. It was not the same Best Buy that I have made purchases with in the past. Staffing at times at the store seems very limited. The day I got there it was not bad, had a little wait for help. Those that gave bad reviews on Samsung, maybe they just got a bad TV or just did not get the right knowledgeable rep on the phone. The new remote style that came with this TV, not crazy about. The old remote with my previous Samsung had a lot of shortcut keys on the remote which was great. With this new remote you have to go through on screen commands to get to where you want, especially for settings and TV timer. Still trying to figure out how to get a screen saver to come on prior to 2 hours. May have to call Samsung back about that. Overall, FANTASTIC picture with all the auto settings. I run mine of Dynamic regardless of the lighting in the room. The energy savings mode does not give as crisp/clear picture I like. I guess that is just a personal choice for each person.

Purchased this mid sized smart tv for a home office. It has a great picture. I’m a bit disappointed with the sound. I expected better at this price point. The tv is lightweight and easy to mount to the wall. All in all, a pretty good tv but I’ll need a sound bar.

Absolutely love this Samsung TV. Sharp and clear picture and easy to adjust for preference. Remote is solar powered and small but works great. Setup was fairly easy for our kids to set up for us.

I have never been happier with a TV purchase. The QLED technology is a big step up compared to my Samsung 4K UHD Smart TV. The image is amazing the colors are vivid and incomparable. The feature that identifies if the movie, tv, or series is HD works wonderfully, It takes a little getting used to the control remote but after a week or so I could work it without having to look at it. Super easy to navigate. Additionally, I opted for an open box product (in original packaging) so I a got a huge discount for a brand new item. I absolutely would recommend this purchase,

Stunningly high quality, Great speeds for my streaming services. My television was all set and ready for me to use within the hour. Would definitely recommend this Tv and buying products from best buy in the near future. 10/10

So far... This Samsung TV has been operating very well. The set-up was easy, the sound is great (paired with a sound bar), and the picture is awesome! Hopefully, it will last longer than my previous Samsung QLED model that I purchased in 2019. The picture went black on that model, but it worked great up until that point. The current model (Q60C) has a better picture and sound, and the remote is a welcomed improvement (solar powered, can also be charged via USB port).

This a great QLED for a very reasonable amount of money. I bought a 43” for a small room application and am impressed with the picture quality and even the sound is decent. I have a Neo QLED for another room and this compares very favorably. The Smart TV interface is typical Samsung and very intuitive and it comes with nice remote that is solar rechargeable. I’m thrilled with this purchase and recommend this item.

I needed a TV to put in the second bedroom while my better half recovers from surgery. This set fit the bill perfectly. Easy to set up and works with DirecTV Stream as well as with her laptop computer as a display. The picture was easy to set up and matches up well with the other Samsung TVs we have. You go with what works. Samsung hits it out of the park again!

The TV is the perfect size, great picture and sound. It is easy to operate even for my husband!

We mounted this TV on the wall with a full motion TV mount. It works great for the bedroom application. The TV remote was easy to set up with the cable system and the remote functionality is excellent. The picture is absolutely fantastic. The packaging was sufficient so everything came without damage. No complaints at all and highly recommend this TV from Samsung.
