Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your Q60C TV’s image quality. The TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it. The closer your content is to 4K, the better the image will look on the screen.
Here are some tips to help improve the picture clarity:
1) HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing.
2) If you have an analog cable box or satellite box, upgrade to a digital cable box or satellite box.
3) Change the output resolution of your devices, such as digital broadcast receiver, IPTV, and set-top box to UHD or HD.
4) You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, and more by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings
5) Choose a Picture Mode by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.

Picture quality bad
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I may be used to more expensive Samsungs that have near perfect quality, but considering the price of this one for a smaller soze, i expected the picture to be great; it was not. Poor Excuse For A TV
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After having it set up for about a week, the color suddenly turns to Turquoise on things that shouldn't be that color. The tv consistently turns itself off even though the Auto Shut Off is not turned on. It's horrible to try and turn it back on to get it back to the station we were watching when it shut off. I would not recommend it. We bought the Samsung because our last tv was a Samsung and it lasted a long time and had a good picture and sound. This one does not. The foot on one side will not remain securely in the back of the tv so the tv is always at a slight tilt.

Posted .Lisa,
It’s unfortunate to hear your Q60C TV is turning off by itself. Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue:
1. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet or surge protector and leave it unplugged for 30 seconds.
2. Check the power cord to see if there is any visible damage.
3. Plug the TV power cord back into the wall outlet. If you were using a surge protector, bypass it for now and use a wall outlet.
4. Try to update the software. In some cases, a software update can correct the problem. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software.
If the TV continues to turn off by itself, please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. Or visit us on the Samsung website and click on the ‘Support’ link for:

Posted .JamesC,
Thank you for sharing your experience with Wi-Fi connectivity on your Q60C TV. You might want to go through these steps to check your network connection:
1) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.)
2) If the wireless connection fails, connect the TV to the access point via a LAN cable. If the TV can connect to the Internet normally via the wired connection, there might be a problem with the access point. In this case, try using a different access point.
3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test
4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again.
5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unpacked the new TV and started to mount it on my TV wall, but no bolts to mount it. Keep in mind I had this TV shipped to me because I live 60 miles from your store. This is just poor service. I won't buy anything from this store anymore. When I called the store they said we'll get back to you. I'm still waiting. ( 4 weeks ago)

We appreciate you sharing your feedback regarding the wall mount hardware that was not included with your Q60C TV.
Please understand that we do not include wall mount screws or adapters because not every wall will require the same type of hardware. Each customer’s mounting situation can be very different, requiring specific hardware to ensure the best, most secure fit. A generic hardware type included in the box might be inappropriate for a customer’s wall; the result could be the customer inadvertently mounting their TV insecurely.
