Picture is outstanding and the Smart TV features are great and easy to understand. Installation and setup were a breeze. Only concerns I have are that when the TV is turned off I hear a clicking noise coming from within...sounds like the noise a wall timer makes. Also having a hard time getting the ARC function for the Samsung soundbar to work without playing around with the soundbar controls. It will finally work but I have to run the soundbar through all of its source functions a time or two.

Smart Software really really annoying

It’s so busy and full of Samsung sponsored content it’s like Time Square on New Years. I’ve tried to customize the start screen to get rid of the junk, but it appears fixed. Seems to me that customers who paid for a TV should be able to get rid of this constant promo and bandwidth drainer. Also, it may be the WiFi in my house, but I’m constantly having to reset the TV.

Spectrum was out to improve service, but was unable to help us, and determined the foggy picture was our tv Best Buy and SamSung came to the rescue! We now are watching a precise, beautiful picture which never disappoints. We had great service for installation, and everything was completed immediately. Thank you, Penny and Walter Seymour
