We appreciate having a new television which replaced a smaller screen model. One aspect we are slowing getting used to is the best picture is only when viewing the screen straight on. When the screen is viewed from off of center the colors are "washed out," especial the facial skin tones. We presume this is caused by the nature of the technology employed in manufacturing todays flat screen televisions and not just our particular set.

We bought this for our bedroom to replace a 26" regular TV. This size is perfect. The picture is very clear and sharp, the sound is clear and set up was a breeze. Because our modem and router were old they were not strong enough for 3 new smart TVs plus 2 computers, a tablet and 2 cell phones. We increased our internet speed to 500, bought a new modem and a new mesh router and now everything works seamlessly together.

Love the TV. Started replacing older Sony LED TVs that req’d a cable box with Smart Samsung’s that use an app from cable co. I bought 2 - this one because it had Bluetooth and I erroneously thought it would stream sound to my Bluetooth hearing aids. The only issue I’ve had is the remote for this TV has turned on a different model Samsung in an adjacent room startling my wife. It also once turned on a yet 3rd model Samsung in our screened lanai. Picture is perfect. Sound is good. Streaming works great. Would be 5 stars if not for Bluetooth and remote issues.

I bought this TV to replace a plasma because y mixed to a smaller apartment. The TV comes with standard apps installed and works well with Chromecast if you have one. The remote is rechargeable with a usb-c charging port but it also charges via solar power. Lastly, the TV comes with live tv for free. I love it.

All is satisfactory with picture quality. Sound could be louder when volume is increased. The main issue/complaint is the "opening screen" when you first turn the TV ON. I would prefer if it went straight to the last channel it was on rather than all the irrelevant boxes. I do not have or care to have all the "streaming" channels shown. The remote is sub-par. I prefer to use my Verizon FIOS remote for regular viewing. Price was higher than comparable sizes.
