Picture quality, smart features and price. All exceptional.

I am a Samsung fan, love there products. This TV was the easiest setup I've ever done. I used Smart Things on my Samsung phone and it did everything on it's own. It logged into my WiFi, downloaded all my streaming apps, even found and named my devices connected to the HDMIs. A little adjustment to the picture and sound settings, and perfection. Great picture quality and nice sound for a flat screen TV. I definitely recommend this TV.

The picture quality is awesome, there are 4 preset for picture quality you can also adjust manually. Remote control is light and slick, not too much buttons also have voice control. The brightness adjust automatically depending in the room. The built in speakers are pretty good with decent bass. Dialogs is pretty clear especially in low volume. It comes with Samsung TV basically it’s free tv channels from the internet, which is nice.

This TV has an excellent picture - crisp and with true to life color. Its controls are intuitive and flexible, guaranteeing that even a non-technical new user gets maximum benefit immediately after installation. Making adjustments to fit your personal preferences as to brightness, contrast and so on are easy, and also intuitive. The unit interfaces well with a standard cable wi-fi system. The stands are well spaced and stable.

It's a really nice TV with a great bright picture. Not as crazy about the remote and the tv isn't perfect but it's a great value for the price. I've had no issues with some of things some reviews have talked about like wifi issues or limited viewing angles. I wish it had a higher refresh rate for motion smoothness that doesn't look artificial but it's a small thing. Def would buy again and it works great with my galaxy phone.

The TV has a great picture and sound is good. So far I have not had any issues with the performance of this TV. It took a little adjustment to figure out since I was going from a Roku TV. My biggest issues are with the remote. I wish the sleep timer was more convenient to use. It would be nice to have it on the remote. If the remote had number buttons, you wouldn't have to use two remotes.

Love the color and it was very easy to set up! Love the picture and it fits perfect in my bedroom!

While the picture quality is excellent, the remote supplied with the unit is hard to use and requires a long learning curve. I ended up using a universal remote that I had to buy. The documentation and directions are almost not existent. The Samsung help line lacks the chat function and their FAQ's are very limited. The set lacks a conventional audio out connector which precludes use of external sound devices. It does have blue tooth audio out but, if you select bluetooth audio out, the TV's speaker is shut off. Due to my hearing loss, I Usually use a wireless headset to listen while my wife uses the tv speakers to hear. Can not do it with this set. Summing up, their consumer support is poor, operating the TV is far from intuitive, and support for external audio output limited.

Bought this tv to for my bedroom, it has all apps I need, including Disney+ and Apple TV. The screen it self it’s beautiful, great color definition and great blanks. I’m happy with my purchase. I have it setup with Google eco system. Not a big fan of the remote since it almost useless in the dark, or at least until I learn the buttons. Also, the YouTube app tends to disconnect more often than my other smart TVs at home.

This is a pretty nice TV. I’ve had it for a good month or so now. I wanted to make sure I really liked. So far it’s met all of my expectations. There’s been a couple of glitchy technical issues that a techie could describe a lot better than me. The size is right for what I needed, the digital picture is great, ease with set up was about right and the price was about right - for me anyway. I wish the remote actually had a mute button rather than just pushing downward on the volume toggle.

Only reason not a 5 star is the viewing angle, image drops off too quickly when off center but at dead center picture quality is very good. Other than that an excellent UHD TV for the price. Once properly configured along with it's auto latency swapping between different sources of content is seamless which I really appreciate. Bluetooth is also nice for attaching a keyboard for logins and for pairing noise cancelling headphones. Very happy with this TV purchased for a bedroom.

Replaced a 10 year old Samsung. Considered the LG. Have a 65" LG OLED in anpther room. Chose the samsung over LEDs from LG as it was brighter and thinner than LG and would keep color depth in low light. That said, in a bright room, this TV could be brighter. The samsung software is superior to LG. Can controller DishTV hopper cleanly, has HBO Max and other software not available on LG. 3/4 of my IoT devices worked well with Smart Things (unlike LG home). Sound is better than expected.

This purchase is just another gadget i can add to my samsung ecosystem. It works flawlessly with everything else in the system. Picture is great, as expected. Sound actually isn't bad... even without the soundbar i added. And the apps it was are pretty extensive. Netflix, hulu, disney+, prime video, vudu... list goes on. Pros: Picture quality Apps Ease of setup and use Works with alexa Cons: Always trying to screen share my phone Sometimes youtube will not recognize the tv as a streaming device.

Great picture and sound. Haven't figured out the remote completely yet but its a work in progress. Not difficult just not loaded with buttons like the cable box. Sometimes all the buttons are a comfort until you're looking for one that doesn't exist. I like the simplicity of the remote, it just takes some time to determine the functions. Great TV for the small room. It Seems larger than I expected.

Terrific picture, using soundbar, great versatility.

I currently have the Samsung NU8000 and the picture is good. While searching for a new tv I kept going back and forth between the 8000/7000 and QLED. I decided to go for the QLED just see for myself. I have to say, I'm still surprised at how bright and colorful it can get. Even my wife can notice the difference from the 8000. Definitely happy with it. Buying QLED from now on.

I bought the 55” as a surprise Christmas present for my brother. He’s raving about his TV 5 months later. So I decided to take the plunge and replace my master bedroom TV and bought the 43” model. I wanted the latest technology, apps since I’m cutting the cable cord, and better picture and sound quality. I cannot give his TV 5 stars for one reason: there is no on timer. I loved my old Sony Bravia in that I used the TV as my alarm clock. I could set the one time, turn off duration, channel, volume, and even customize which days. I will truly miss this great feature.

The TV was easy to setup. The color, audio, and all smart features are awesome.
