I've been thinking about upgrading my tv for about a year now and did some research on different brands but decided on this one. My last three tv's all have been Samsung. I wanted a tv for gaming, watching and streaming content. The picture quality is excellent. The gaming bar is definitely a nice feature and the tv does 120hz. I can definitely tell the difference when playing Call of Duty its just more responsive and less laggy. The tv speakers are alright but would recommend a sound bar. Overall I'm happy with the tv so far!

So far, working beautifully. Great picture and sound. Easy to use remote. Setup a bit expensive but convenient. Only issue: haven’t been able to connect to aerial antenna as an additional source. I have DirecTv as main source however.

Excellent picture quality, especially in gaming mode and easy to set up as well as adjustments.. definitely recommend this tv.

Super easy set up, great picture and pairs well with Samsung sound bar. I’m a Samsung fan boy, so the upgrade from Crystal 4K to Qled was a huge difference.

Great purchase I upgraded from a sony 32inch to the neo qled 43inch

This is a great quality television and has a nice picture. We gave it in a sunporch so sometimes we get a little glare, but it is not bad at all. The sound is great. We anticipated needing a sound bar but we do not need one.

The samsung qn90c 43 inch fits perfectly in my office room. The video quality is vivid and bright. Easily lights up the room. The tv has 4 different video settings for how it displays video. It is also seamlessly compatible with my samsung S24 Ultra.

Easy hook up and programming. Great size like to move around beautiful picture and colors.

I am very pleased w/the high quality of the NeoQled. Its clear picture and sharp sound make TV time most enjoyable.

Great picture movies, tv shows and definitely for hrs gaming. Perfect size for what I need at this time.

This TV is a of the best I've used most big TV's will stretch the image if you play older games on them however the AI in the TV upscaled them instead of stretching they looked so good it felt like I playing on an emulator.

It’s great except for the volume I bought a sound bar now it’s fine

So I bought two of these, one from Best Buy and the other from Amazon, both of which had dust stuck all over inside the screen in multiple places and was visible at normal viewing distance. The one from Best Buy was delivered in worse condition, box was opened and taped back at the bottom when it was delivered so even the packaging can use improvement. As for the poor quality control, they need to inspect these sets more closely, expecting customers to pay for sets in this condition isn't acceptable. I noticed they didn't even have a screen protector to peel off and there was dust and dirt all over the back of the TV inside the box, its like these are being assembled and boxed inside some dirty warehouse. The pictures I took may be a bit hard to see on here if they get converted down in quality and the camera had a hard time showing all the small areas, was worse in person. I hope Samsung addresses this issue soon, the TV makes for a good PC monitor its just too difficult to use with flaws all over the panel right out of the box.

The television does not perform to specifications. Upon plugging it in, the inner portion of the screen was cracked. This TV is unusable. I am highly disappointed and am on an 11+ minute hold with BestBuy.

Broken tv delivered and the lady in charge of helping me decided to have an attitude and make me wait even longer than necessary

great picture ,easy set up,good features,remote not so much

I was looking for a smart-tv that could fit in my Pottery Barn ottoman because I have a small house. Fortunately, Samsung/Best Buy offered a television that fit the bill, and had exceptional quality/features/picture!

Beautiful picture and color quality. It’s amazing how the technology has evolved. This is my third Samsung TV and they by far have the best graphics, refresh rate and over all quality. My first Samsung TV has lasted about 10 years with no issues. I’m looking forward to this TV lasting just as long! I also really love the new remotes as well as the ability to turn the TV off and change what I am watching with Alexa. The sound quality is good too.

Worth it. Buy it. Great quality picture, affordable cost for QLED with 120hz refresh, small remote…like, what else do you need?
