A definite upgrade from our old Samsung recently fried as the result of a nearby lightning strike. I can't comment about the TV's sound quality since I use a Sonos Beam for TV sound.

I was told by a Best Buy employee that new tvs have that problem and the Geek Squad verified that.

Came without the quick setup guide... No problem just screws to stretch the stab right? But half the screws aren't there. Called Samsung and they basically said "tough" you bought it open box so no 4 screws for you. Love Samsung customer support. Went to BB, passed from person to person. Will not offer anything but "you can return it"... Thanks for nothing. One team says they have another, the next team says they don't. Clueless and completely indifferent to the fact that this is all from their screw up. Back it goes to be sent to the dumpster. All for lack of 4 screws. The BestBuy experience!
