The picture is so bright that it is cartoonish. Picture quality on older movies or classic movies is very poor, and the sound quality on certain movies is very poor. Samsung advises buying their $300 sound bar on top of this pricey set. Samsung quality is going down.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your QN90C TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.
Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
3. Eco: Provided to save energy
4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
Intelligent Mode enables the TV to recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. You can enable Intelligent Mode by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings > Intelligent Mode.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.many people arent too educated when it comes to TVs, so allow me to give a fair review on the QN90C 43". i bought this to be my primary gaming tv while also being my main tv i watch movies and stream on. samsung yet again came out with an amazing miniLED TV, best in the market. the 43" version of the QN90C has the antiglare screen feature now on it, which previous years models didnt. the antiglare works phenomenally. when gaming on my PS5, the experience is definitely fluid while maintaining prestine picture quality. market leading low input lag and a strong processor allows for masterful gameplay. the neo QLED tech in this TV really allows for crisp quality with accurate colors and even deep deep blacks for an LED TV. the Tizen operating system is very user friendly and intuitive, easier to navigate than even google or roku operating systems, while offering many more features and apps as well. overall a very well rounded and versatile TV that is strong in every aspect.
