    Bought the 43" Neo QLED and had it delivered and installed by Best Buy because it's too big and heavy for me to lift. The picture is "Meh," not even as good as the 10 year old Samsung it replaced. In addition, the TV won't turn off with either the crappy Samsung remote or my Roku remote. You get a screenful of Peacock ads 24/7 unless you unplug it from the outlet. The volume changes intensity, usually to max, without any input from me. Called Best Buy to ask if there was some setting that needed to be adjusted and was told they provide NO tech support over the phone...you have to schedule a service call. Samsung says their televisions aren't designed to use with a Roku so this is the Roku's fault (?). Their own remote won't turn the TV off either. After 2 weeks of constant glare and blare, I decided I'd had enough and called Best Buy to describe the situation again and said that unless it could be resolved, I wanted to return the TV. Their response was to tell me that I could get a pickup date in a month, and that they'd refund the purchase price but not the $199 for the original installation. I've had previous Samsungs that were awesome but this is the last one I'll ever buy. And the last time I buy anything from Best Buy.

    Picture settings out of the box are ridiculously high with the artificial contrast & smoothing, essential settings to get your picture looking normal are either hidden or locked(!). The TV’s OS & menus are very slow & unresponsive, the remote is oversimplified to the point where you have to go through multiple menus to amount to 1 button press on a normal remote, on top of already being a clunky and laggy menu experience. Bottom line, get an LG OLED like I should have. For this price you would expect to have more control over everything, better picture & sound quality, and an OS/apps that actually feel functional, all of which fall disappointingly short on this TV.

      We appreciate your feedback on out of box settings, as well as the remote design and lag you're experiencing. For optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your xxx TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

      Please know you can quickly access your TV Settings by pressing the Settings/Number/Color button (below the power button) on your remote. Quick Settings can be used to quickly configure frequently used functions, and each time you press this button, the Settings menu/Virtual number pad/Color pad options are displayed alternately.
      1. Press the Settings/Number/Color button on your remote.
      2. Press the UP directional button on your remote. When you press this button, the Settings menu/Virtual number pad/Color pad are displayed.
      3. From the Settings menu, you can quickly set the options of your frequently used functions. For advanced settings, select All Settings.
