Samsung dropped the ball by not making this display with a matte non reflective finish. I installed a custom sized anti reflection film and it is 100% a needed (but difficult) upgrade.
Other than that it works well

Had a terrible experience picking up the TV. It was supposed to be an open box in good condition. When we got to the store, it was missing the one connect box, cables and remote. After an hour, of pleading someone searched the store they found the parts. We have enjoyed the TV, but after two months of owning it, there is a big white spot about 10 inches by 10 inches on the bottom right corner of the screen.

Not 4k , 1080 the idea of flat mount is very good but it is not worth high price for 1080 picture quality get a 4k for same or less

Thank you for sharing your review of the 43” Frame QLED 4K UHD Smart TV. I am sorry to hear that you are not completely happy with the 4K experience. The TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it. The closer your content is to 4K, the better the image will look on the screen.
Here are some tips to help improve the sharpness. 1) HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing. 2) If you have an analog cable box or satellite box, upgrade to a digital cable box or satellite box. 3) Adjust the cable box or satellite box's video output resolution to 1080i. 4) Look for a channel that is broadcasting native HD content. For over the air/cable antenna connection, try these steps to find HD channels: Go to Menu>Settings> Broadcasting> Auto Program

We’ve had a lot of problems with the sound bar and the tv working together. The remotes are enemies. And then throw in our cable remote and that’s a whole nother story.

After 1month tv having issue connecting to Wifi. I have 3 Samsung TVs two of which a frame TVs and only the frame TVs will consistently drop the Wifi network connections within a couple of days. I have tried the troubleshooting process of unplugging/ replug and factory resets but the issues continues to occur every couple of days. Not to mention they sent a defective product after the order has been on back order for 2 months after I purchased them in November.

I brought this TV in May.. it's September and this TV must have turned it self off 15 times. Now it will not turn back on.. thr last time I was able to watch TV. It would not allow me to watch anything except Netflix....

Thank you for purchasing the Frame TV. If your TV appears to turn off by itself, try disabling some of the TV's energy efficiency functions.
See if Sleep Timer has been enabled. The Sleep Timer automatically turns the TV off after a specific period of time.
- Settings > General > System Manager > Time > Sleep Timer If the Sleep Timer has not been enabled, see if Auto Power Off or Off Timer has been enabled and disable it. - Settings > General > Eco Solution > Auto Power Off - Settings > General > System Manager > Time > Off Timer
If this is being caused by something other than a Sleep Timer or energy efficiency features, please contact Samsung Customer Support so we can better assist you with troubleshooting or warranty service.
