Simply put, this product is perfect for the art lover. The frame seamlessly hangs on your wall alongside other works of art and photography, and it is beautiful. Samsung also provides you with access to many galleries and museum pieces of which you can display in your own wall (for a small fee). The other features such as ambient mode, are a complement to the subtle moods provided by this screen. Oh, and it is also a high quality television with Samsung TV and screen mirroring with your phone.

The clarity and picture quality of this TV is superb. It’s able to mount flat against the wall with the power, hdmi, usb, and all other ports actually being apart of a totally separate module that connects remotely from the tv - brilliant!

Overall, we are happy with our purchase. It has a sleek look and great picture. We have other Samsung TVs as well and have not been dissatisfied so far.

Love it, love it, love it. We already have two other The Frames, and this newer version has so many extra goodies to use as artwork, including screensaver-type and interactive works! You definitely don't sacrifice any technical features as well - it's as good as any other Samsung TV but it looks so much better than a black mirror.

Frames up the The Frame more frame’s, if that makes sense. This trim kit just makes it look even more like a picture. It really is just four pieces of plastic that have a subtle wood texture to create a modern picture frame feel.

We will be returning the latest frame we have tried to purchase. The first one we ordered on our own as your warehouses did not have them. It came, was the correct color, but was broken (this came directly from Samsung). I sent it back and we decided to go through Best Buy. We repeated we wanted white numerous times—the frame came in black—-not what we wanted. In fact, you can’t really see much difference from the actual TV. We love the TV just the way it is! Bought this as a house warming gift for me daughter to March the decor of her house

Only fits pre-2021 model and Best Buy website did not advise of this. Item was advertised as open-box, but arrived in a box that was severely damaged and all contents was is in poor shape.

Excellent product. Makes the tv definitely look like a picture on the wall. Ridiculously easy to install. It was on sale so that definitely helped the decision. It was definitely worth the price.

While it can make the TV look better, these bezels available through Samsung are cheap and break easy, not worth the cost.
