Excellent - previously had the first model of the LED series, 40inches - installed the new 48 inch one on the wall in living room with new surround sound with wireless woofer and two satellite speakers (Visio).

We went to purchase a television by another manufacturer at a much lower cost. We were assisted by a very knowledgeable sales agent that showed us the Samsung. It was more than we intended on spending, but after he showed us the differences and we were able to compare, we were sold on the Samsung. With the upgrade we went from 6 months same as cash to 12 months. The sales agent was never pushy and was very patient as we were debating our purchase. It is a great television, fits our space well and am very pleased with the quality.

Great TV, excellent picture and features. Using it every day for a year now and I love it. I also bought it open box and with the GeekSquad protection, but haven't even needed to use it yet. Good purchase.

This tv was a great purchase. Fits perfectly in our living room and is just the right size for our space. The picture is great, we have no complaints. I dont think you can really go bad with a Samsung tv.

The other Samsung tv we bought was dark around the corners. This cheap non-smart tv has a good crisp picture. Sound could.be better though. It a bit too quiet when playing Red box moxies. Get a cheap soundboard and you'll be fine.

My first flat screen, have a limited space, so bought a 48" Samsung after having seen one in a friends home. It's nice, but some rough images and pixelation at times. Sound is good. Happy with purchase price for the quality.

Purchased this tv as an open box, no manuals. Great tv, picture and sound are great size is great for the second family room. Couldn't pass up the deal the manager gave me, thanks bestbuy!

Purchased the TV the day before black Friday and it has been great ever since. The picture is wonderful, the sound is good. Overall, I have had no issues or complaints about the purchase.

This TV replaced a similar sized, 5-year old Samsung that cost 3 times as much. The picture quality is the same, but I miss the picture-in-picture. Don't lose the remote; this TV has no on/off, channel, or volume buttons.

This is another quality TV from Samsung, at a great pricepoint. If you don't need all the bells and whistles (smart tv), this is a great choice. I have all the apps I need through my dvd, so no need for them on the TV!

I read the reviews and was convinced once I spoke to a sales associate and saw the picture it would work just fine. I really don't understand all the negative comments on the sound, I think it's fine for what I need.

I needed a TV that was not a Smart TV. This product fit the description real well. Don't get me wrong. If I wanted to provide Google access to my personal info. by accepting their licensing agreement than the Smart TV would have been the right product for me. But I have cable and no need for a smart TV as I have my Xbox unit for that.

I really love this tv. It's big and the picture quality is excellent! One thing though it's not too loud, I'll have to get some speakers for it but other than that it's perfect!

Bought this TV to replace an older model that I burned out and very happy because it is my bedroom TV and can't get a better pict for that price!! very happy1

was not looking for smart tv, putting in covered patio. works great colors are bright, price was great. has done everything needed.

Got this tv for the living room, had to decide between it and the same model a size smaller, glad we went with the bigger screen
