Tried every which way to get it right. Refresh rate is horrible. Already repacked in the box ready to bring it back. Don't waste your time.

Sound cuts out... Only had for TWO weeks

However, I wanted to upgrade to a smart TV so I bought this tv only two weeks ago, and the sound cuts out after about 20min of watching the smart hub apps. Went back and fourth with FOUR different reps at Samsung, who were of NO HELP at all. The issue still isn't resolved. Will be contacting Best Buy immediately for a return/exchange.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Went to best buy and asked for a smart tv and got sold a smart enabled thru your phone tv! no biggie i thought; lets exchange this , but best buy on evans road in melbourne florida,charged me $42 for 4 missing screws and seemed to take enjoyment out of charging me, never ever will i do business there again !horrible customer service , i try to spend locally but things like this drive me more and more to amazon and the like !i paid the $40 and got a new tv but thats the end of it for me!

pixel issue not even a year old

Won't recommend this tv anyone

Even wireless connectivity is not working properly , everytime I need to connect to internet once i switch off the tv, it won't connect in one time. you tube loading is coming so many times while playing video through you tube app. I won't recommend this tv to anyone. I think - samsung is making worse tv nowadays.

Frustrating problems

Instead of saying "start up" and eventually launching smarthub (as previous version have done), requires you to continuously keep clicking on smart hub until it finally launches—incredibly annoying. Also, when idling (e.g. paused netflix) continuously beeps.

I have a Sylvania that it replaces for over 12 years and it’s till going strong. I am soo disappointed in what I thought would be a special buy for the family.
