Wanted a bigger TV in my bedroom, so I bought this for the living room and moved the old one upstairs. Screen quality is good. Sound is good. This is my first 'smart tv'... and I'm pretty happy with it. It's slow to try to surf the web, but youtube seems to work fine (I don't do netflix, so sorry I can't speak to that point). Screen mirroring is pretty cool, I was able to play music on my phone, and turn on the camera so my kids could watch themselves dance... it was fun. Wish there were more inputs on the back of the TV, wish there was a keyboard on the remote, but you get what you pay for (this was rather inexpensive for a 48", $380 on black Friday).

Great picture, easy to setup and use! It was a big improvement from the 10 year old 38 HD tv that was replaced. The issue is the picture. There are bright spots in couple corners and on spots along the side of the picture. Not sure if this is normal ,a defect or something caused by shipping. I followed the setup directions and made sure not to put pressure on the screen so I'm not sure if it needs to be returned. Will be checking with Best Buy to see what they say.

I watch Netflix and this tv would buffer every 30 seconds...very frustrating...until I reset the smart hub...but from time to time it will start doing it again and when it's like that even the remote control won't read properly....come on Samsung...you guys can do better than this...my smaller smart tv doesn't even do this...I recommend the smart tv only because you can watch Netflix, Hulu, shop Amazon, watch YouTube etc on it without needing a console...otherwise...work on that issue or reduce the price

I ordered this TV on Black Friday and got it for roughly $370. In my opinion, it's a great deal for that price. I would have given it 5/5 stars, but I feel like when you are using the Smart Hub to access Netflix/Hulu/etc, the scrolling is super slow. Also, I would notice the Hulu app would say new episode of Family guy, but there wasn't a new episode there. However, when accessing Hulu on my computer and on my ps4, I had no issue at all getting the new episode and the scrolling is so much faster. Either way, knowing what I know now, I would still purchase this TV. I am very happy with this purchase.

The picture is fantastic. I wanted another smart tv for my basement rec room and since I don't have cable, I picked up a medium priced antenna and get 40+ channels with it. I have another slightly older Samsung TV and although this one is bigger, I like the old remote better. I like the HUB, channel and volume keys colored as it is on the old remote, easier to find. Now it just fits in with all the other buttons. I haven't used it much yet, but it looks great and works well so far. I'm not sure I would every buy another brand other than Samsung. This is my second and I'm very happy with them :)

I have been waiting to find the right TV; since I am going to cut the cord. For what I wanted this works great. The TV has a great image, it is light; therefore easy to hang in the wall with no help. I have an Apple TV hooked up to it; so I do not need to use the "smart" part of the TV; the few times I tried using the "Smart hub" 75% of the times I got some kind of error message that the TV was busy, to try again later. Not sure why; like I said it does not bother me since I was not planning to use it anyways; and that is why I only gave it 4 stars.

Picture is clear. The sound isn't too bad although I would recommend a soundbar. It's a little slow loading when you first turn it on it may take a minute to two minutes to pull up the Smart Hub. The Samsung Apps pages is somewhat limited. I still haven't been able to download the CBS app to watch CBS like I can on my tablet or phone. Overall, we're very happy with our Samsung Smart TV. Mainly because both my husband and I can screen mirror from our phones or our Samsung tablets!

My wife and I purchased this TV during this past Christmas. Best Buy advertised it for a good price and we decided, after some research, to make the purchase. The picture is very good but the sound quality is average. We also noticed that starting Netflix takes a little while for the TV to start but once the site opens it functions well. Worse yet is trying to use the web browser. It's very cumbersome without a keyboard and extremely slow. Overall the TV performs well.

I love the size its not small at all.. I also love the color and easy to navigate from one app to the others.

Power efficient, sharp picture Smart TV, lots of movies can be acceded through internet! Easy to operate.

I reviewed and shopped around for a couple of weeks before purchasing this television. The price of $380 was incomparable to any other. It was cheaper than the not "smart" television. My patience paid off and this tv is the best that I have ever had. I don't use a lot of the "smart" tv options, but it is there if I ever decide to do so. Set up was simple and our whole family is very pleased.

This tv is perfect. It sets up quickly and easily, basically ready right out of the box. It's super light but doesn't look or feel cheap, looks good on the included base and would be prefect on the wall. The picture is nice and crisp. And despite what some reviewers say, it doesn't lag at all when using the apps. We haven't had any problems at all. And, we got it at a great price. Thanks BB!

This is my flat screen TV as well as my first smart TV. HECk this is my first TV over 28 inches. So I guess I'm probably more impressed than the average buyer. But this is a fantastic TV at a fantastic price. I got it on Thanksgiving for $379. I personally would never pay the original price but that's only because of my budget and what I'm willing to pay.. But definitely worth every penny.

Really good picture and very lightweight. Easy to set up and lots of features.

Got it for a great price including set up. Techs were super nice and did their jobs fast. After set up was told I needed to buy attachments, adapters and service upgrades in order to use the smart features and already existing auxiliaries. Thank goodness my satellite provider upgrade me to HD at no extra charge, but my internet was another story that I am still working on three months later. Screen mirroring is a lifesaver in the meantime. Only has the slightest voice delay once-in-a-while, and sometimes have to completely exit and return to screen mirror viewing during a second show. (I use it for Netflix, where I think the problem is at this point.) Sometimes I get pixilation, which could be the satellite or a connection that pulled loose when I moved the TV. The sound is great for some things, but for other things I have to turn it way up. The only real problem I have with the TV is the reflection and glare. The room is 2 walls of windows so daytime viewing can be difficult if not impossible.

Good quality. Good price point. Smart tv a plus. No complaints.

Great Tv but be careful it has very few connections , like a external sound system , no rca jacks at all. But the Picture is very good the sound is good only in sport mode because it is way too low other wise. internet connectivity easy to set up but you have to research which apps to install that are good like popcorn flix and crackle.
