I had previously purchased the 33" and had no problems. Loved having the smart tv setup and was looking for the simplicity of being able to stream everything right to my TV. The size of the TV worked perfect for our living room, and the clarity it much better than the previous TV we had. It was much harder to set up than we had expected. I guess it was wishful thinking to think I could just pull it out of the box, plus it in and boom my TV would work. Not so lucky. We had to call your customer service a couple of times to finally get it to connect to our cable through our network. (We didn't have to do that for our previous TV. Guess the SmartTV is smarter than me. I thought the benefit of the SmartTV was to make it easier for the user to access all the TVs features.) We still have yet to use the features of the smartTV or to ensure that we can even get a network connection strong enough to use the streaming again when we renew our membership. So besides the difficulty with setup the atV is a great TV. But not sure the Smart TV is worth the investment if you don't need it.

The picture is exceptional. Knowing that I can be online is a plus. I've just joined Netflix so the options on what I'm in the mood for are very satisfying. Very happy with this purchase.

You'd think that Nelson would manage to get a new TV shot up here but No!. Pearl and Brian Guy wanted us to either sit in the theatre or watch an outdated 27" CRT. But that's not how the Tom monster rolls. No sir!!! After getting Crow to fill out a bunch or surveys and test some pills for side effects we were rolling in green. This TV is great!! The definition is outstanding. I could actually see the Hands of Fate in detail!! Mitchell's buttery face was beautiful. Even with my non functioning hands I could use the remote. The online apps make Netflix easy and I just saw that not all movies are terrible!!!

I heard Samsung was a great product. I found it true

We purchased a 48" Samsung Smart TV. My husband does not own an ounce of tech-savvy. We brought the TV home & my husband got it installed and even programmed!! That TV has excellent, very simple how-to instructions. All done with no Geek Squad called!!

About a month or so ago our TV went out, such an unfortunate happening. Anyway we went to Best Buy and saw this TV that was a reasonable price even for its size. It was only a few more dollars than the size underneath it. We love it, even love the fact that it goes idle on its own when not being watched or muted for a while. Saving energy! I wish we could've waited until Black Friday but didn't want to be out of a tv that long. We are happy about our purchase.

It had a better resolution than I had anticipated which I was thrilled about. The price was reasonable for the quality and brand.

My 48" TV is just Perfect for my bedroom. It is so big, I do not need to wear my glasses. The Samsung brand is absolutely perfect and I love it!!!

Make sure you unbox this as soon as you get it. Bought an open box one of these and didn't open it right away. Waste of money. Best buy told me it would cost $100 to do a 'diagnostic'. Guess I list it on the bay for parts or not working. See photos for pink and green line. what a ripoff

It's a great TV for the price. Slim and light weight. Good picture quality. Very easy set up.

Made my purchase online and it came in broken now no one wants to help me get it fixed at no charge. I get transferred from one person to another and no results

I bought this during the Thanks giving sale. Contemplated between the stripped down version of this model and the existing model. Obviously price of the stripped down version was about $50 less. Finally settled with this model. The picture quality has been great, loved the size (it's not too small and not overly big). The TV does take close to 2 - 3 mins before you are able to open Netflix, You tube etc when you first start these applications. The inbuilt browser is good, but would recommend using a keyboard to operate this. You would need a lot of patience to operate the browser using the remote control provided with the TV. Have not tried all the features yet. Will share more feedbacks after I spend some more time using this TV.

I didn't think going from a 32" to a 48" would be so great, but it is. Love the clarity and color, which I was able to fine-tune better than the old TV. The Sports feature is nice, enhances the colors. Smart TV is a plus, no more Roku box, but the channel choices aren't as varied as with Roku. The sound is pretty lame, which seems to be true of all big screens these days. They want you to buy a surround sound system. Hooked up to a couple good speakers and the stereo, it works just fine.

Smart TV features were reason for purchase. As TV good picture brightness, color and sound. Easily connected to inhouse WiFi and Samsung smartphone. Only concern is LED burn-in if using feature like mirror smartphone or internet, warning in fine details of manual. Also, recommend combined USB wireless keyboard with mouse-touch pad for WEB features as needed for ease of entry. Thought you could use keyboard of smartphone and an app for smartphone as remote but couldn't figure how. If some one has found the app, do comment.

Great product. Finally decided to splurge on a new TV, (its been almost a decade) and we decided on this 48" Samsung 1080p LED Smart TV. Great picture! Easy to navigate menus and features. Very light, love the thin framing. This TV takes up about the same if not less space than the 42" flat screen it is replacing. My only issue thus far is the "Smart Hub" takes a bit long to boot up or load. Otherwise an excellent prduct. Great price too. Ended up saving $100 off retail. Not sure if it was Best Buy's sale or Samsung, but either way, I was sold!
