Love this TV, picture is great and it is light weight so it is easy to move around. Only thing is the volume seems low for where it should be but it's not enough to take away from the TV itself.

Great quality. It would be even better if I had an android I would be able to do a lot more like changing the channels with my phone or steaming straight to my tv what I'm watching on my phone. The speakers are no loud, I have a small apartment and to be able to hear a movie when I have a couple friends over I have to turn it all the way up to 80 or 90. But over all good tv.

Really not a whole lot of complaints. I got this TV on a cyber Monday special, and it works well for what I use it for - Netflix, Hulu, watching BluRay. The only thing I don't like is that the remote isn't very sensitive. You have to point it directly at the sensor for it to pick up. Other than that, sound quality is nice, picture is clear, and overall worth your money.

My 42" LG recently blacked out. After Geek Squad gave me an estimate to fix it, (that was more than I paid for it) I decided to buy another.. They gave me a 10% off coupon for a replacement. I checked the website for what was on sale. Lucky for me it was during their 50th Anniversary sale. I went to Best Buy and found the one I saw on the website. I chose a 48" Samsung. Geek Squad brought it out, installed it, and made sure I knew about all the special features. It's Spectacular! It's better than my LG was. I'm enjoying my new Smart TV. Thank you Best Buy.

I bought this tv to replace a 32 in. and I don't know why I didn't do it sooner. Love this tv. The picture is great. The sound is a little bassy, not tinny... but If you have a lot of noise in the room, like a window AC, you might want to get a sound bar. Haven't used the "smart" features yet, so can't coment on that.

Easy to set up. Nice picture. Size is good for average size family room.

I bought this Samsung 48" for my Den (TV & Desktop Computer media room) and the best wall for it had a lot of stuff on it, so I knew a 60" was not going to work. So I went to Best Buy looking for a 50". I got this 48" for $200 less (with the exact same features) as the 50". Another awesome TV by Samsung. I have a 40", 48" and 60". I feel that Samsung has the best image quality of all HDTVs. I was a loyal Sony Bravia user for many years, but I am a die-hard Samsung man now. Amazing TV for a very low price. I have no desire for Ultra HD, so 1080p is all I need. The Samsung LED Smart HDTV is truly the best (quality) bang for your buck. Most highly recommended!!!

I have always loves samsung TVs and phones. This was a very easy setup. Hooked up to WiFi with no problem. The sound quality is great as for I live in an apt but will still add a sound bar although I don't need it. No complaints. Smarthub worked perfectly. Love it!! If this girl can hook it up anybody can ☺

It was very easy to set up i love the sound and the sharp picture. Very easy to switch over to the internet and other apps ( amazon, netflex)

I read mixed reviews and decided what the heck I'm getting a 48 inch for $379 so take a chance. I'm always partial to Samsung TV and this one did not disappointment. The picture quality is great, sound could be better which is not a big deal for me. The smart hub is very easy to use like most smart tv's.

very happy with my Samsung smart television. The picture is great! Took a bit to get it set up & had to confer with Samsung a bit, but I would definetly recommend Best Buy. The rep I spoke to before I purchased told me it would be perfect for me tech wise, and he was right. Not to over the top for me!
