After spending about $500, you would expect that a smart TV in 2015 will just work...this one dosent. Stream quality is weak, even when I'm near the router...and no there are not many other devices connected to my router. Just a couple of phones and laptops. Netflix lags, and sometimes will not play. Very frustrating in 2015. Furthermore, the TV needs to warm up or "prepare" itself before you can even access the smart hub menu. Again, very frustrating. I understand this is not the highest end TV on the market, I was not expecting to be blown away,however, after remodeling my basement I just expected a standard quality name brand TV that just works. The first best buy genius mentioned nothing about this TV's processor being of poor design,but when I went back to trade this TV in, I was told "it's a piece of garbage" by another bright young soul from best buy. I wasn't real happy about any of this again, after spending $500 I'm just looking for a new TV that simply works. This is not that tv. Save up a few more bucks and buy a TV that works. Samsung is great and all but this is a low end no. Performance tv.

This television is awesome! It has a great picture and a wonderful sound quality. It was a great price too.

This is the first "Smart TV" we purchased - love it the picture is great, easy to access Netflix and the sound is much better than the LG TV we had prior - to clarify we do have our tv In a entertainment center which hinders the sound a little. Overall great tv and would purchase another one.

Bought this as an early Christmas present for my mom and she loves it no problems and the picture looks awesome. Perfect bedroom tv.

We bought two! A year ago we bought this television for our bedroom. We were really pleased with it so this year we bought another one for our living room! The setup was really easy. The picture and sound quality is great for a tv at this price point. We love the smart features also!

It has good sharp picture Quality. The internal speakers are loud enough for a 500 sq ft room. Easy to set up with all my devices.

We had to downsize from a 64 so we are very pleased with the quality this tv has for being 14 in smaller

Good quality and smart tv. The only issue with it is sometimes the brightness is low even if I change the settings.

This is the best tv for the money. Set up was extremely simple. The picture is outstanding

good tv, great picture. Paid extra for the 4k but unfortunately I don't have any 4k tv channels so the quality is similar to 1080.

Going from a smaller flat screen to the 48" was a nice change. Now with streaming it's even better.

Mounted above fireplace looks great works great. Like it a lot!

Great TV for the price. Sound could be better. The smart TV feature works well. I need to see if a wireless keyboard will work.

Easy instalation and I am able to connect all my accessories ie. DVD, ROCU aux speakers!
