This product was super easy to set up with the step by step instructions. We are not tech savvy and had no problems. We had a 36" Samsung smart tv and are glad we upgraded to a bigger model and the picture is just as great as what we enjoyed on the smaller tv, except for a bigger picture that is great for movies! We love the Samsung brand and have never had any problems with any of our electronics or appliances.

This TV has a great picture and awesome sound. We have it in our bedroom and the sound is the best I've heard for tv speakers. It was very easy to set up after I mounted it on the wall. Samsung is the best bang for the buck by far!!

I am happy with all of my Samsung products, including my new smart tv. Great picture and features! It is also compatible with my Samsung cell phone and I can screen mirror and see what I'm doing on the phone on my tv!

Samsung delivers a great picture in this smart tv for my money. I was initially concerned that the refresh rate of 60 (vs 120 in other higher priced sets) would be an issue but the picture is awesome. Sure you can get better sets out there with 4k, curved, etc but you will pay a lot more than the $399 sale price I paid. The only downside is it takes like 5 seconds to bring up the smart TV menu after hitting the button on the remote.

It's amazing how technology has advanced, and Samsung continues to stay at the pinnacle of advancement at such a fair price. All the TVs I now own are Samsung and I never have an issue as far as service, I only need to replace them when I decide to upgrade for new features and this smart TV is no exception. Very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend!

I needed help understanding the different types of tv's and the sales person took the time to explain how the different models work. I am very pleased with my Samsung Smart tv. The picture is great and the link to the internet via wifi means that I can take advantage of streaming via Netflicks, or Amazon Prime. I was also surprised that the price was reasonable for the size and the features.

We bought this tv for a great price! Very happy with it good size, great picture quality. I've never had this brand so I was hesitant but it's really a great tv. Nice having the smart tv although we frequently use the Apple TV because the Netflix and other programs that come with the smart tv are kind of slow.

We are really pleased with our Samsung Smart TV. It was so easy to set up and really enjoy having the Smart TV option. The picture on regular and HD is great. The only thing we thought was a little strange is when the room gets darker the screen seems to adjust to the darkness.

This is the first SmartTV for us and we are more than pleased with the picture and sound quality. It was very simple to set up. Took about 15 minutes to connect to Samsung Blu-ray player, etc. Just had satellite company out to connect satellite and it was a snap! Very happy so far with this product.

I of course shopped around before I decided to buy. I priced with three other retailers. I also stopped in and shopped three different Best Buy stores. Two of the Best Buy stores I would never go in again because of the employees. The Best Buy store in Arundel Mills mall in MD is where is bought my tv. The staff was so friendly and imformative.

I like the colors and the resolution for this tv it's a big difference from my old tv (philips 32") but the only things I don't like it are the remote control and the sounds: the remote is all black and its hard to used on dark place. The sound is for bed room becuase I use it on living room and almost always i put the the sound on 80 or more.

I bought this TV for my father after reading all the reviews. His older tv was on its last leg so wanted to surprise him for Christmas / birthday. He fell in love with it. Mom likes it too! I'm very happy at how clear the picture is and how many apps there is in the smart TV. It's a great buy.

Use this TV for streaming and antenna HD TV. Clear picture with, no problems. Easy to set up. Decided to subscribe with SlingTV which was not an app working with the smart TV functionality, so I had to get a Roku stick.

Got a great price on an open box 48"flat screen. It arrived missing 8 screws for the stand. 800 number lead to a succession of hopeless solution-they can sell me the screws OR repack the set, send it back and they will return it with the screws. I purchased screws at a local hardware store

I studied up on which TV to get and read all the reviews. This one got great reviews and deserved them all! It was very easy to set up and the picture and sound quality are great!! Make sure you get an associate that knows what they are doing. The one I had, said they didn't even have this particular model on display and none on the floor to purchase, yet it was on sale. While walking around waiting for him, not only did we find the TV, but a bunch of them for purchasing, too! Then, he tried to sell me some kind of sound bar, because he said the sound was not going to be very good. He wanted me to spend like another $200. I told him that I would take my chances and I'm glad I did!! The TV and sound work perfectly!! You can hear it everywhere!! So glad I didn't listen to him! :)

Definitely recommend the purchase off a sound bar with this TV due to the speakers being located in the rear. If you mount it on the wall you get a better sound. The picture was dark at first but after some adjustments it looks great! Smart features work as expected. Overall a good TV.

SO I purchased this TV because the reviews are great on it, both by consumers and tech reviewers, however Ive yet to experience these great results. My first TV was returned because of excessive "flashlighting" meaning that light from the back-light was seeping through by the edge in 2 spots. Ok I thought, maybe just a bad TV, however after I exchanged it, same issue, not quite as bad and in a different spot, but still makes watching movies horrible especially anything letterboxed. Im going to try for a third, but if its bad then Im going to try a different brand.
