I have a small house. This is about the largest TV that will fit my wall. Very thin and fits nicely against the wall. Great picture, sound is only ok. As with most flat screen TVs the sound is not exceptional & a sound bar is probably next on the list. Setup was easy & everything worked, no issues. Compared this to a similar Sony. I don't know if it was worth the extra $250-$300 over the Sony but the reviews were better on this one. Also saved back about $100 on the DVD as the tv has 4k upscaling built in & I didn't need the other bells and whistles on more expensive units. Happy camper.

See what I did there, anyway this TV is fantastic. To the amazing clarity of the pixels thanks to quantom dot display to shear range of colors brought to you by HDR10. This TV is surprisingly good at upscaling as well. I used to own another 4K yet kept swing ghosting on screen due to it not being able to upscale 720p and 1080p resolutions well. Each video I watch and game I play looks as though it is in 4K. Also if you just do happen to have some extra cash in your pocket pick up a Xbox one S. Don't mean to name drop but pairing this tv with a UHD bluray player will leave you breathless

This was my first "smart" TV after years of using set-top boxes, blu-ray players, and Apple TV. The integration of the smart features is top-notch. It is fast and feature-rich. I use Amazon and Netflix the most - watching content in UHD is pretty phenomenal. When used with a set-top box (DirecTV), the picture is still quite good - certainly every bit as good as any other LED/LCD I have in the house. The thin bezel gives a really sharp look, and Only having 2 wires (power, OneConnect) just adds to the ease of cable management. Very happy with my purchase.

I decided to upgrade from a plasma TV, and the differences are tremendous. Most notable is the sharpness and brightness on the screen. There are more and more 4k resolution videos and movies becoming available, making this a must have upgrade from older TVs. Only con is the viewing angle...if you are watching from a side view, the picture appears a little faded the further you go. Other than that, after 1 month I'm very happy with my purchase.

I was looking to buy a new 4k TV so when the nintendo switch releases I can enjoy Zelda in all its glory even though it's not 4k. My xbox one is currently hooked up to it. I have the original model not even the S. The picture really pops out at you with vivid colors. The sound for this TV is a alot better than i expected as well. The remote is a little different but odd as it is I like it! Has voice commands for it which I find odd.

The picture on this tv is gorgeous and when paired with ultra hd sources (particularly with HDR) it is amazing. You can't go wrong. My concern was Dolby Vision, however, honestly I think it is a dead format now that they have announced dynamic metadata coming for HDR10 and I don't see a significant improvement when I watched Dolby Vision on a buddy's tv. The HDR+ option is also awesome for watching Standard Dynamic Range material.

Very pleased with this set. Unit is extremely light and easy to set up. The remote control is an advanced technology highlight. It is one of the first master remotes that truly liberated me from all others. It auto programs itself to the Blu-Ray player and Sat TV box.
Picture is as advertised and on-screen navigation is the most intuitive I've ever seen.
I did an exhaustive comparison with the comparable Sony version prior to purchase, which is most likely a solid TV as well, but I'm extremely pleased with this selection.

I've done tons of research on the latest tv trends, and products, and Samsung offers one of the best for most users. For movies and TV with a wide range of needs, Samsung doesn't disappoint with its ks8000 series. With a 10bit panel that offers true HDR support and a wide color gamut to make everything look amazing, it offers tons of options to fine tune the tv to your needs. Sports, or lots of fast paced action? Lots of options for adjusting just how much blur reduction and other features help make the picture look just right for you. You can even turn everything off and put it in game mode, and be blown away at the amazing colors and darks you'll get to see without having to sacrifice anything. Best of all, the price point sits just right for everything it offers. I would recommend the ks8000 series to anyone.

This was one in the only 4K 240hz TV's I could find in this size at Best Buy and it works amazingly. This is my first SamsungTV and so far it's been perfect! Easy setup and it'll even setup your HDMI inputs for you and identify what is hooked up. Also the remote has a microphone so I can tell it to change the channel, app, or even the input.

I was constrained by size to 50" and wanted the best 4K TV. After researching, I settled on this one. The manager in the store confirmed my decision when he told me he had the same TV in his bedroom and recommended it over any of the other in that size range. Installed very easily. Easy hookup to internet. Great picture. Interface took a little getting used to, but very happy with it. Liked it so much that I upgraded our basement TV with the 65" version when it went on sale.

Hello,
I purchased this TV precisely for gaming and 4K HDR viewing, as I have a Vizio 4K TV I use for my DirecTV. I have 3 consoles hooked up to it, PS4 Pro, Xbox One S and an Alienware Area 51 R2 with a 5820K six core and Nvidia 1080 video card. To start off this tv is simply stunning for 4K HDR gaming. The PS4 Pro when playing 4K HDR gets so bright at times makes you feel as if your looking at the lights in person on some of the games. There is no blur as this tv also allows you to activate game mode wile viewing in HDR. The PC also looks great in 4K 60+ FPS but currently lacks HDR support. The Xbox One S has Gears of War 4 which looks great in HDR even though its 1080P HDR. Best feature of the Xbox is the 4K Blu Ray which looks absolutely stunning, the way movies were meant to be viewed. I owned a UN55KU6500 before this with HDR Premium instead of the KS8000's HDR1000. HDR Premium wasn't bad but no Wide Color Gamut and only got up to 400 Nits of brightness or so, which isn't terrible but definitely not enough for true HDR10. The 49KS8000 gets up to 1100+ nits of brightness which can truly be appreciated in HDR playback. I would recommend this tv for anyone looking for the full on HDR movie and game experience at a fairly decent price. The OLED's of LG definitely look better , but not $1000+ dollars better. Quantum Dot Display is definitely the way to go!!!

Made the upgrade to 4K and couldn't be more pleased. I did a ton of research on the Samsung ks8000 series and was impressed with the various professional reviews. This tv does not disappoint, is very easy to set up and looks great. Watching 4k Netflix shows is truly amazing. I have the 49" version, space limitations wouldn't allow me the 55", my only regret. You won't be disappointed with this purchase and I feel/hope that it will be still relevant for years to come.

This is the TV to get if you want the best picture Samsung offers, but don't need a TV over 50 inches. It's not just the 4K that makes the picture great, it's also the HDR color. The bezel is almost non existent and along with an extremely this screen they give the TV such a minimal footprint it seems to disappear form the side. One note, the included feet attach to the bottom left and right of the TV, not the middle, so have a wide enough surface to place it on.

Purchased this router when Best Buy was running a sale that made it $100 instead of $190, and I couldn't be happier. Setup was incredibly easy, the speeds are phenomenal (same home internet plan, just compared to my old Apple Router), and it just looks really nice sitting on an end table, too. The ability to manage which device gets network priority, and turn off access for some devices, is also a nice feature you won't find on other routers.

This is a great 4K tv for the price. The picture is fantastic. I connected the tv to a Samsung soundbar so I do not use the speakers. I did try the speakers out and they are ok.
The smarthub is great, my only complaint about it is the cable is a little short. The remote is small and controls all devices plugged into the smarthub without additional setup.
I watch live sports and movies on this tv and the picture quality is amazing!

This 4K Samsung TV has an incredible picture. The quantum dot display with three black levels sets this tv apart from average lower cost LED tvs. It's slim profile and minimal borders gives it a sleek modern design. Plus the one connect for all other peripheral inputs minimizes the clutter of cables. It recognizes any device input and works great with Apple TV. My only complaint is that it doesn't have a headphone jack.

This blew away any and all expectations. While watching this TV, it looks like you are watching it from a window. The picture is realistic, a tremendous upgrade from my old television. It provides the most clear and crisps picture. The built in wi-fi allows you to stream movies and shows with ease. The set-up was extremely easy and the television is very light. After watching this tv, I cannot go back to any others...

Tv picture is very good. I previously owned a Samsung 1080p TV and this one has a remarkably better picture. The motion rate and resolution are much better. The smart features also work well. I have Directv and if thke TV is onnected to the internet it seems to interfere with the directv connection to the internet. I havent investigated this problem. I have to keep reconnecting the directv box to the router.
