With so many 4K HDR to choose from, with so many ways to describe what make a TV better than competition, I was confused about selecting one. Well I saw this unit on display and it was a shocker how great it looked. Bought it and, since then, never had second thoughts. Elegantly designed, perfectly functioning, I wish I had a bigger house and more money to buy more of this TV, that's how much I like it.

Loved it from the start. Initial Setup was was a breeze, the tv did all the work, I just pointed the remote. Found my cable box and programmed its self. Picture was great after I worked through the settings. Probably only negative for me was how much of an effort it takes to find the correct settings to change. Still, 5 stars in my book. Gonna exchange for the 55'' though, it just had a massive price drop.

The color is very vivid and the tv is a good size for our space. The setup was easy.

I walked into Best Buy not knowing what exact TV I wanted. A good employee by the name of "Nate" came to my rescue. I let him know what I wanted from a TV & he recommended two TVs. SAMSUNG SUHD was one of them. He walked me to see the display & I was just stunned by the picture quality, the color contrast, it's deep/true blacks & it's style. I brought it home & fell in love with it all over again. This is easily one of the best purchases I've made in a while. I find myself wanting to bring up the topic of TVs when with friends, family or co-workers so I can recommend this TV. Everybody needs this TV in their life.

Picture & motion more than meet my needs. Samsungs smart tv features, remote & navigation are much more user friendly than our last purchase a few years ago. Unit is slim, easy on the eyes even when it's not turned on. Lightweight & easy set up. Love it...

This tv is great! Lots of color the quantum dot technology is fed worth it! Lots of settings and control! Works perfectly with my Xbox one s! :)

I often look at TVs even though I have a great one already. The one in our bedroom was OK but getting rather old. I ran across this TV on sale and the price was just too good to ignore. What was better was this was an Open Box without any damage or missing parts and gave another price reduction. This TV was easy to setup and is a joy to watch and operate.

I held out for an OLED screen for a while, and, as it matures, it will likely replace LEDs due to the speed, color, and sick black levels. Eventually, I decided to take the plunge now and upgrade to OLED later. This Samsung isn't cheap, but the localized dimming is superb, giving it the best black levels I've seen on an LED. The 120Hz response rate leaves me with no noticeable blur, and the upscaling isn't flawless, but it's the best I've seen with the possible exception of the very high-end Sony's costing thousands more. At the end of the day, there are cheaper 4k TVs out there, but I did a fair amount of putting eyes on screens, and every time I turn this TV on, I'm more than happy that I spent the time auditioning the various pictures. I managed to snag an OBB, bringing the cost down to $830. Even at $999 (which you can find it at on sale if you're patient without too much trouble), you're looking at a solid value proposition. If you can find a gently used/excellent condition (or certified) for less, you're getting a first-in-class TV picture in the world of LED and something that I don't regret getting compared to waiting for the OLED screen (which still needs greater light output to really take advantage of HDR, something the LED already has).

After looking at the ratings in Consumer Reports and then reading reviews from people who bought this TV, all I can say is, " I AGREE!" This TV is outstanding! The picture is crisp, clear, brilliant, with easily changed settings. The sound is good enough for me so I don't need a sound bar. This TV is easy to use. I LOVE IT!

To say that I did a lot of research would be putting my reading and searching and nitpicking very lightly. I scoured the internet for a combo of anybody's wildest dreams: The best TV at the best price. I searched Costco, Sam's Club, Groupon, and even Newegg. Heck, I was even going to settle for a refurbished TV if the price was good enough. But then, while I was minding my own business, walking through the Best Buy near my home, I made a beautiful discovery. And it was this machine playing some boring footage of a beach- but the picture was so clear and so Ultra-High Def, that I was mesmerized. I ended up having to have it delivered to my place, because there were none in the store (I was super bummed!); and the Best Buy folks did a great job setting that up for me. All I had left to do was count down the days. This is by far the greatest TV I have ever owned and have had the pleasure or viewing upon. I mostly play video games on it (which is AWESOME), but when I Netflix and chillax on the couch, my eyes are still impressed with the incredible sight. Get this TV.

Great tv and very solid picture. Streaming is flawless and interface works well. Super slim and bevel is nearly invisible. Mounts nicely and is actually a little bigger than I thought at 49 inches. Needed to turn off some shutter features and mess with the picture, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Love the picture quality. The clean design is also a welcome additions zero complaints about this TV

Not sure how helpful this will be to others but here goes... It's a good TV. While I can't say I love it I can say I like it a lot. Perhaps if I get some help from a 4K enthusiast I will enjoy it more. I can't wait to start watching 4K Blu-rays but it will be a while yet. My Xbox 360 games and Chromecast are pretty darn nice. Despite all that I don't think I am getting full use of the television like I have read and heard about but I think it's a learning curve which is why I am giving it 4 instead of 3 stars. I didn't feel much like spending a couple hundred more dollars for "expert" setup and configuration so I'm dealing with it best I can. Might place a call out to Samsung to see if they can't help me spruce things up a bit. There are three things I do not like at all. First thing, the stands or feet or whatever the heck those things are called. I simply don't like them. They remind me of chicken feet minus a few phalanges - lol. But seriously, that's a personal thing and I know it has nothing to do with the quality potential of the TV viewing experience. Unfortunately, I don't see the amazing true black I keep hearing about. Perhaps my eyes are failing and that's why I haven't grasped it. Lastly, there is this funny residual rainbow like thing I see when the screen is blank or during a fade between scenes. I'm thinking since I sprung for Geek Squad extra warranty service I may have them come out and take a look. Hope to God it's covered and they won't charge extra. Lastly, if you have a good home theater system and you like action movies, please PLEASE watch Mad Max: Fury Road. On any UHD or SUHD TV (and I suspect OLED) this movie rocks! Fantastic sound quality! Kinda ticked my neighbors off (downside to apartment living) but I really didn't mean to so I turned it down a spell. :-/

Love the picture and smart tv features. I am so glad we bought it. All my services are available in one place: Apple TV, Netflix, YouTube. Occasionally the cable box doesn't go on but I can live with that. We bought the 40 inch version for our son in college. I want that one for my bedroom

I bought this about a month ago and am not disappointed. The picture is beautiful. I love having the smart features. The only thing I'd like a little better would be a black frame instead of silver. It will be nice when there are more 4K channels available, very limited right now.

Picture quality is scary awesome. Sound without a sound bar is more than adequate for my small living room. Easy to set up, and connect online. Streaming is flawless. Remote takes a little bit to get used to with its minimalistic design, otherwise nothing else to complain about.
