My last Samsung TV lasted 10 years so I wanted to stick with a quality TV. Owned this one for four months now and the picture quality has not disappointed. Easy to set up and navigate the menus. Excellent sound from the TV speakers as well. Definitely would recommend this TV

Great Tv with amazing imaging and sound options. Apps quickly available. Easy to search for more apps. Easy to configure. It worked great for about 3 weeks, but then it started going into this power cycle . Apparently an update was required and nothing let me know that I needed to do a system upgrade. Well I’m waiting for samsung’s team to provide service and solve my issue. Other than that it was working perfectly

I have had a few Samsung Smart TVs in the past and this one is the best one by far. I mostly use my TV for gaming and watching movies on my Roku device and the 4K HDR of the TV is amazing! I like how you can customize the resolution based off of what devices are connected to the TV, the screen can automatically adjust brightness based on the light levels of a room, and the settings that are adjusted for each device won't be lost when changing devices. For example, when I play my gaming device I have the TV set a certain way to get the best viewing experience when playing games; for my Roku device I have different settings to give me the best viewing experience. These settings aren't lost when I switch between gaming and watching TV. I still have a 32" Samsung HDTV 6 series that I've had for about 5 years and it still works perfectly. Samsung knows what they are doing when it comes to smart TVs and this one was well worth the money.

I upgraded from a smaller, and much older HDTV (from before smart TVs were common) so moving up to this beauty was a huge step forward. I love watching 4K HDR videos on YouTube and can't wait for TV to be broadcast that way. Wow! It works flawlessly with my PS4 as well.

Picture quality is absolutely breathtaking with Xfinity cable and an XBOX One. It's sleek and slim design gets a lot of compliments, too. Love the remote connection module that hides away easily and minimizes the visibility of wires coming from the back of the TV.

Finally moved over from a Toshiba 36" CRT- over 20 years old. Looked high and low, read the reviews, talked to many people, and settled on this Samsung. Quick setup, perfect coordination with a 3.1 Samsung sound system- never knew until now just what I was missing.

TV picture is fantastic, easy set up. The size is great because picture border s a lot smaller than our old one, so I was able to get a bigger TV than I thought. Just wish I can figure how to get our Samsung Blue Ray surround sound system to work correctly.

Having added 4K Blu-ray playback capability with HDR output to my system, I decided to replace my existing 4K TV with this set, because my old one didn't have HDR. Unfortunately, it just wasn't meant to be -- probably because of the rest of my system rather than this TV set, not only couldn't I get HDR to work through the TV, I also couldn't get any sound output from my home theater receiver with this TV attached to it. After scouring the Internet and finding no solutions, I just returned this and went back to my old set, which at least worked with the rest of my system. I still don't have any clue why plugging this into my receiver caused it to stop outputting sound, but that's certainly how it worked -- or "didn't" in this case -- for me. Otherwise, though, it was a fine TV set, and hopefully your system will work with it better than mine did.

Read a bunch of reviews before I decided on this Samsung 4k hdr uhd tv. Picture is great once I got picture settings calibrated. Use mostly for sports and gaming. Football has no noticeable motion blur and xbox one s is a must have with this screen.

I purchased this TV to replace an older 46" flat screen. Very happy with this new TV. The colors are fantastic and so is the picture. The profile is very thin. I have it on a stand and the only negative is that it does not have a swivel base.

good tv for the money, off axis viewing is poor, but you have to be sitting at a pretty good angle before it gets washed out. streaming 4k content from youtube is truly magical. 1080p is also very good, but 4k HDR content is downright terrific.

I read several reviews and went to the store numerous times before buying this TV, and let me say I was not disappointed. The picture quality is really, really good even when streaming 1080p video or watching 1080p blu ray movies. The over the air picture is very good as well as the TV upscales the picture. I had thought about buying a 4K Roku and a 4K Blu ray player, but in all honesty I don't really need to at this time because the upscaling abilities of the TV. I have the TV hooked up to a home theater, but before doing so, I watched several shows using the TV sound, which was very, very good. One thing I will say is, it may take a bit to get it settled on the settings. It took me a few days to adjust the numerous choices that you have in order to obtain what I think is the best picture, but it is worth the time.

This 4K UHD Smart TV is even better than we anticipated. Incredible picture, easy to set up and being a Smart TV it opens up a plethra of on-line programs and entertainment options. It's exactly what we had hoped for and much, much more.

I'll start by saying i'm not a huge techy person. My brother is though and based on specs that he researched for like a month, he bought this tv. I just thought it looked good and pulled the trigger. I'll tell you what tho, the Netflix, and other apps are super speedy (including the web browser) and the picture is grrreat. The tiny remote is simple, although some buttons would be nice when i'm using it for cable. Only thing that sucks is right after i bought it, the price dropped by 200 bucks. Oh well. No ragrets. Not even one letter.

for a 49 inch tv the picture seems much bigger, over all it's a great tv withmany built in apps, the remote is cool and set up was easy with the one connect system highly recommend

after 9 years my old lg bit the dust and upon reviews of the samsung suhd tv i took the plunge. this tv is amazing, great picture, color was very good right out of the box and it has not been calibrated yet. so far i am well pleased.

This SUHD Samsung LED 4K Ultra TV with high dynamic range is fantastic TV. I upgraded from a 40 inch Samsung which has really good picture quality although the shows and sporting events are exceptional to watch on the new one.

Upgraded from a 37" LCD 780p to this 49" Samsung. Should've done it sooner. Picture is awesome, smart functions work very well, and in my smaller living room I don't even need a sound bar, because its speakers are sufficient.

Samsung has done a great job with the tv picture is perfect! The smart tv stuff is great ! Samsung control is kind cheap but it works great... tv has a good amount of ports ! But lacks the older style cables red white yellow.
