We have been delighted with our new Samsung - 49 Class - (48.5 Diag.) - LED - 2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV - with High Dynamic Range. We were happy that we had ordered Best Buy Installation. The television has an amazing picture. We are still adjusting to a Smart TV. We have ordered a blue tooth keyboard. We are enjoying every minute of our learning experience, and cannot wait to receive our Galaxy S2. It is hard to stop binge watching!

Great 4K quality picture is smooth easy to assemble great price for quality and brand

Awesome, crystal clear picture with huge contrast spectrum. You can really notice the depth of the black and whites. Holds up well against glare, picture high quality even from angles. Sound is great, too. I have it in a relatively small space so I can barely turn it up to half volume before it's almost too loud. Smart TV features are super easy to set up as well. Highly recommended.

For a smaller 4k tv this one is a keeper. Great price point. Clear picture, bright, with good darks. Having DVR is a must and this one has it. The smart features a very good as well. Reminder with Samsung TVs - you need to pair the remote! It probably will not work out of the box (except for turning it on or off). It is simple to pair but people often forget thinking it will work out of the box.

This was a replacement for my second TV. This is an easy recommendation. Superb Samsung quality. Very easy to setup to an existing system. I like the sharp Samsung picture which is common across their entire line. Handles blu ray movies excellently with great picture. I have long used Samsung televisions and blu ray players and I continue to enthusiastically recommend them.

This has been a great TV. It replaced a 40" HDTV and the picture difference is impressive. It is of course really great with 4K, but even regular HD TV looks really good. It is also handy having the Smart TV capability built in, with lots of streaming channels available. So far it is enough to keep me from having to buy a Roku, because of the broad selection.

Size is perfect and the thin trim fits in most decor. Easy to use.

Samsung is the go to brand for TVs, I'm always satisfied with their TVs. I use the TV mostly for gaming and Netflix. You can definitely tell the difference in picture quality even though the games aren't in 4k. The TV upscales the quality and it looks great. I think its a great time to get into 4k TVs because they are very affordable now.

Bought this 4K tv to replace one in the master bedroom and after reviewing several different ones online and in person decided on this one. Not disappointed at all. Love the picture and ease of set up. Also love the ease of adding tv apps. I also really like the 4 different picture options that I have not seen in other 4K ''tvs

This TV has a great picture and love the smart tv feature. Keep your eye on the type/style of base on the new TV's. We had to buy a larger TV stand because of the wide spread of the legs on the stand.

Huge fan of Samsung products. Great T.V. PS4 looks great on it. I got it used and I would do it again.

I have this TV setup in my master bedroom as I already have a Samsung 65HU9000 with a SEK3500 Evo kit in my living room. I can say the coloring with HDR on is noticibly brighter on this TV but I still like the overal quality of picture on my 65HU9000.

My last four TV purchases have been Samsung. I like the size of this UHD TV because my living room isn't very big. The picture with HDR is even better than my previous model. Auto-dimming keeps the contrast from being too bright. The remote is simplified and easy to use.

It's a great HDR 4K TV. I hate smart TV function but that's on all the smart TVs. It only lets you have a few apps and none of them work as good as having a media center so it's a wast. I feel the TV is better then any others in the price range by far. As for now If you want something as good or better you gonna use a comma in your checkbook.

Fantastic picture quality, Smart set up easy to complete, Sales rep was very knowledgeable. Went in for a different model but after comparing the picture quality between the 2 models, it was a no brainer to purchase the Samsung.

I didn't need a TV--but I wanted one. 4K TVs are coming down in price, and I happened upon this model as an open-box item. I was looking for a TV in the mid-budget range, sub $800, which priced me out of a Samsung 7-series. But, because it was open box, it dropped the price to the right amount. I wouldn't mind a larger TV--and might make a different decision if I were to do it again, going for the 55". But this one is still very good, perfectly sized for our living room and the distance we sit from our TV. The clarity is fantastic. Very little 4K programming out there, but what I've found is spectacular. I also don't game very much, but the input lag on this TV is ridiculously low--practically unnoticeable. Overall a great television.

I went in to buy a Samsung 48in. But on searching the floor I found an open box Samsung 49in that was marked down to $533.00, which was only $75.00 more than the 48in. I love Samsung TV. This one has brilliant color , the 2160p and Motion Rate 120, which works well for my needs since I am not a gamer. The only thing I suggest is when buying a tv that site on this type of base, that you measure your surface before purchase. This item just made it onto my dresser with no room to share. I'm sure it would be really great wall-mounted, but I'm in an apartment and don't want to go through that hassle. Do your research and find out what works best for you. Check out open box and floor models. 9 out of 12 times, you can get a great deal like me.

Everything as advertised to be. Crisp picture, good color, effective customization options. Looks great playing Xbox games and media! Sound is pretty good as well. I love the voice command feature and Smart View.
