This is a great tv for anyone who is looking for great upgrade to 4K HDR for gaming. It has a audio optical line out for a receiver which is great and you can set up the smart remote to control all of your devices hooked up to the tv. PS4, Nintendo, and on. I can control them all with the tv remote. Truly great. The smart hub is also very easy to use and you can move the apps around so you can only have the ones you need. The tv also updates itself with WiFi.

I have had the tv for about a month now. So far I have no complaints. Offers extremely good picture quality (assuming you can find 4k content as it is still somewhat scarce). The tv is compatible with my surround sound system. This I was not expecting. I am able to control everything off the the simple and easy to use Samsung remote. I got the 49" model after intially looking for a 55". I felt the price was much better at the 49" for not a much smaller screen at all.

We saw this in store and it was thin, colors are super bold, and priced very competitive compared to other brands. Ideal tv if you have an Xbox one S because of the HDR settings match up well.

This TV is great for the sale price. Best 4k in that price range. The Samsung one remote is awesome and connects all my devices instantly. The one downfall of this TV is the unnecessary space age design of the stand. I almost returned it because of this stand. It is a boomerang style stand and the two feet come out 6 or so inches in front of the TV itself in both sides. It takes up all of my TV stand and I had to move all of my consoles and accessories.

Samsung quality and design stand out in this 49" LED Smart TV. Reasonable price for this quality. Elegant styling and dynamic picture quality. Only improvement would be the cord organizer.

This TV worked great out of the box, but after a couple of weeks, the HDMI that is connected to my apple tv stopped being recognized so now it's just a generic HDMI. PS3 is still recognized as PS3 though. I can not do universal remote on PS3, although I was able to on the apple tv. Sometimes it freezes and has to be turned off and then on again. Sometimes it magically turns off by itself :( All in all, I am happy with this tv. I love the simplicity of the remote and the features. Haven't been super wowed by the picture quality watching a blue ray disc, but this is a $549 tv we're talking about here. for that price I would say it is excellent.

I just simply love this tv!!!! The picture is crisp & vibrant. I love that the remote is an universal remote & works with my Blu Ray player with such ease. The voice command is a great feature. I love that as soon as you turn the tv on you do not have to wait for the tv to update like my other Samsung tv. The only con I can say is that the remote is a little to small. I have lost the remote more times than I can count. Overall an amazing tv to own.

We bought this new TV while browsing in the local Best Buy. Went in for no particular reason, although a flat screen we have had for about ten years was beginning to have problems. We talked with the sales associate at length and chose the 50 inch version of the Samsung 4K Ultra HD, which was available at a very good price - cheaper than WalMart as I learned later. The TV is very bright, has a wide range of features and the remote can change channels by voice command. We have thoroughly enjoyed the TV so far and are thinking of getting a 4K Blu Ray player for it. We have always been satisfied with Samsung TVs...this is our third one. Highly recommend it.

I love my new TV. Bought it to replace an older TV, while still good, didn't have the features I wanted (Smart TV, larger screen, clearer picture). I really love Samsung's products, and Best Buy made it a very easy decision to purchase from them. Great customer service (LOVED that there was no pressure/sales pitch!), really affordable service warranty (gotta love the Geek Squad!), and the price was on point. Thank you Best Buy!

This television suited my need for a larger screened TV. My condo doesn't provide high def so I can't give this TV a full review. It solved my need for a larger screen and has performed well. The remote is somewhat difficult, not impossible. The price was within reason.

I purchased this to replace my old 2007 TV I had in my bedroom. There really is no comparison since this TV is superior in every way. Great picture quality. Great brightness.

Beautiful tv at a great price. Hang it in my bedroom and enjoy the wonderful 4k picture. Good wifi signal since my router is in basement and the tv is upstair in my bedroom.

This smart led Samsung 49 inch tv is really great! Easy to setup! However I had to go to ace hardware and get 4 bolts that would work in-the tv to attach to the wall mount

This is the second tv i purchased, amd i should've gotten two of these! I love everything about this tv, the smart conectivity to my devices like my gaming systems and cable box. And the refresh rate is so much better than the other. I just wished there were more apps, but istill love how easy it is to navagate through the tv, and the microphone remote does a splendid job of accuracy when i give it a command.

I purchased this TV for my garage/ gym. Picture looks great sound is good , but the Apps in particular netflix are a bit slow. In order to steam in 4K make sure you have a really good WiFi connection setup. I ended up extending my Wifi to help with the streaming of 4K.

TV was easy to setup except downloading apps. You have to have a Samsung account and after many calls to support everything was straightened out. Perfect TV for gaming.

We recently wanted to replace our Samsung 51" plasma TV with a new one. The model we were interested was out of stock and the Best Buy representative recommended this 49" Samsung Smart 4K ultra HD unit. the picture quality is amazing as well as the ease of the interface to switch to Netflix or Amazon Video. My only complaint is the remote which is a little difficult to use because it is voice activated
