Easy to use, picture looks amazing. Best TV for $500.00 by far. The stand is impossible to put together which is why I am not giving it 5 stars. I had to just prop it up against my dresser.

Good picture. Other reviews have said the sound is less than adequate, but I have found the sound just fine. You need to be very careful when handling the television and not to touch the screen when installing. Even a little bit of pressure on the LED screen may cause a crack in the picture. Given this, we had ours professionally installed. I would assume this holds true for all LED screens, and not just for Samsung. Overall very satisfied with the purchase. A great value.

I like the picture quality of this tv and it is what I expected from Samsung. The controls are easy to navigate.

I first purchased a Samsung 4K TV but it was horrible so I decided to pay about $200 more for this Sony TV. I did some research before purchasing and the main feature I liked was that it can be controlled by my Amazon Alexa to turn on and off. The picture is very good and it is user-friendly and actually works as it should. I would recommend this to anyone!!! I also purchased the Sony Soundbar with Subwoofer that is about $399 and it works Great with the TV also.

Dont have cable but the local channels have a tv guide which is cool. Super easy to switch back and forth between xbox, local channels, hulu, etc.

Great value -- TV versus sale price. Easy to adjust the settings. I do like the depth of the LG picture, miss that a bit. But this Samsung picture is great once settings were adjusted better.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a middle of the road smart tv. We had looked at the new oled and a couple other tvs and ended up with this one. The associate stated that this one would have good colors but the processing was a little slow so watching sports like hockey you may not see the puck the whole time. Well we have not noticed this since we bought it. I would definately recommend this to anyone looking to buy a reasonably priced tv.

This is my 2and smart TV and my first 4K TV. We have had it for about one month. It is amazing the difference in 1080p vs 2000+. I also purchased a 4k Samsung DVD player which is great also.
