Our TV of 13 years died, and we needed a a replacement. After reading the reviews online and then checking out the TV in store, we were sold. We are so impressed with the TV picture, and features. My family is now able to experience Netflix and other smart TV features which weren't available on our old TV. The great price, was a bonus.

I have other Samsung products, even an older Samsung smart TV and I have always been satisfied with Samsung products. This TV is no exception, a great clear picture, the sound of the speakers are good enough you don't need a sound system. I do use the surround sound system I had on the TV I replaced for an enhanced entertainment package.

I would highly recommend this product for anyone to purchase this is by far the best 4K TV I have had and well worth every penny

Bought this TV to upgrade my Toshiba at the time. It was a huge upgrade from what I had and for the price I was willing to spend at the time. My only regret is I should have been willing to spend more at that time (or any time when purchasing a tv). Like I said it is it was a great upgrade I really do like this tv for the price I had gotten it for. So make sure when you are ready to purchase a great tv do your research yourself to find what you really want.

Very sat with the product, but was not informed by clerk that it was one inch short of in home service calls. I felt betrayed.

I can't rate this yet as it is a christmas gift, but I've never been disappointed with Samsung products nor Best Buy service.

My old Samsung tv died out of the blue and this is a fantastic replacement. The smart tv features are great and it is so easy to access Hulu, Netflix, YouTube, etc. The color and clarity are excellent for what I need but the sound isn't great- it's a bit hollow but I fixed that by adding a sound bar. My only complaint is that sometimes the connection with the remote and sound bar has to be reset- seems to happen every so often.

Works well and is fairly easy to navigate and use. Picture quality is reasonably good enough for the price point.

I am really enjoying the upscaling feature and the streaming from Netflix. The menu has extensive adjustments for picture and audio. Takes some time to get them the way you want but the result is well worth it. Beautiful picture! Oh yes, the loose power connection. Seems like an easy fix for Samsung. Get on it guys.

Great picture, very easy to set up................

This choice was great. Customer service was quickly available to help me set up and made it easy. I enjoy the product.

This is one very smart tv. I never had a tv, after I completed all the hdmi hookups, recognize that I had a Verizon fios set top box, and automatically connect to it. Also, I can completely control the fios box from the remote that came with the tv, except shut off the set top box. This completely blew my mind.
