I got this tv on sale and it has been the best tvI have ever owned. I love the slim universal remote, all the online features, the 4k and HDR capabilities. I definitely recommend this TV to amyone. On a side note....This TV plays my Xbox One X games beautifully

Only up and running a few days. But LOVE the clarity and brilliance of the picture! Our first "Smart tv" and really enjoying the ease of going from app to app. The smart remote is simple and easy to use. Researched this purchase and this model highly recommended.

Got this TV for 549. Very easy set-up. Used a third party stand so it could be swiveled on table top. Had conflicting opinions from sales people about whether it was better in room with high or low light. I give higher marks for low light. One of the sound settings gave it much better volume/clarity than old Samsung TV. Had considered Sony as an alternative, but can't justify the price difference.

Great picture. One of the best for color and motion. The sound wasn't bad either.

Excellent picture quality. Great HDR range, games look amazing in 4k on Xbox one.

The 49' fits well in my bedroom. The stunning 4k display with HDR makes the image look amazing. I have no complaints playing my PS4 Pro on this TV. The user interface makes moving from inputs and changing settings a breeze. I would definitely recommend this TV to anyone looking to enter the 4k experience.

We bought this TV to replace an aged 32" model. The picture settings out of the box are not that bad, but I'd recommend consulting an image calibration site on the internet to dial in an excellent picture. I'm just a little annoyed that the apps tray at the bottom has "promoted" apps that interfere with full customization, but it is not enough of an annoyance to deduct stars.

At first I was not blown away by the picture - the screen jumped, white balance was way off, HDR seemed like it was just a gimmick. But now using it every day since the Big Game, I can honestly say I am very happy. After some tweaking, and resetting those tweaks back to factory settings a few times all seems perfect. Funny thing is settings now are not far from factory. Blacks are black without the "ghosting" that my previous Samsung HD TV had. Whites are white. Jumpy video seems to be more of an issue on certain broadcasts when played from the DVR (every so often live TV basketball games get jumpy/laggy for some reason). Skin tones have improved after initially being awful. I don't know, it's almost like the TV had to break in or settle in. Remote, awesome sound, thin bezel all help make this a winner. Again very happy.

I bought this TV for my bedroom. I was looking for a slimline tv so it would not stick out from the wall. I was not necessarily looking for a "smart" tv but I got this one at a great price and I love that I can use to access the internet and that it will sync with my peripheral gadgets. I am not very "tech savvy" at all, so I was a little nervous about setting it up...needlessly, because when I turned the tv on, IT ran me thru the setup process and the sync to my cable was effortless! The only problem I had was that when I turned it on or off a loud tone would sound and a weird voice would quickly announce the HDMI connection and volume. That was annoying, but I called Geek Squad and they talked me thru the process to make it stop. I love the slim, brushed nickel look frame and it really has a beautiful picture.

Tv is easy to set up. Colors are very pronounced compared to my old tv.

I purchased this TV in the beginning of of September and due to circumstances beyond my control just had it installed 10/29. I replaced a 40 inch Samsung that was above my fireplace and needed extra work done to fit the new 49". I love this new television. It feels like the characters are actually in the room with you! Great picture. Easy set up once mounted.
