Can not go to full screen without losing some of the bottom caption, ie.football score. The sound just isn't loud enough,gess I have to get a sound bar now. Have not had it long so there may be things I'm missing. Has a good picture.The sales person could not show me how to use the remote because the display TV remotes are locked up, away from the TV.

You can make the TV fit to full screen or adjust zoom and position by going to
Settings, then select Picture Picture Size Settings.
