Faulty wifi card

I have to either connect to another wifi and then re-connect to my wifi (while re-entering pass or wps), or I have to fully shut down and then re-connect both the remote and the wifi. Samsung support is no help. They did some updates, had me change DNS settings, and had me open some ports on the router. No fix. Many people have the same issue on various forums. Otherwise, TV looks really really good for the price.

I was told by a service tec that the new TV's today the sound quality is not the best. The speakers are very small. Was told that we are told to buy a sound bar if you want good sound!
