Disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I put my new tv up and connected the soundbar and subwoofer (also Samsung) and could not get the soundbar to work. After an hour of trying I gave up and called tech support. 45 minutes later having tried everything they could think of, they scheduled a repair Pearson to come out. A week later he arrived and determined that the output was not recognizing the soundbar. He advised this was not an uncommon problem they were having. After about an hour it was fixed. Brand new tv out of the box and had to wait over a week to use it. Not very happy. Payed a lot of money for this tv and expected much more than I got

Decent tv
