Upscaling on lower resolutions is good. PS4 pro 4k gaming looks great. Good smart TV features and voice control. The cons: color accuracy isn't very good even after calibration using rtings.com settings. Looks a little washed out. HDR still seems a bit dark depending on what you're watching. Local dimming feature is terrible and can't be turned off. Once in a while when playing game the screen goes black for a second.

I’ve tried everything and it didn’t. I went in and exchanged it with a 55” same brand and so far it is working. It’s good for now
