I had been watch this TV for some awaiting a sale price. When it went on sale I jumped on it. I have not been disappointed. It has a great picture and many features. the remote is great. It controls the TV, cable box, and an Amazon Fire TV.

At first I was worried about how the TV would perform since there were no buttons on the TV itself. The remote does everything. It even controls my Xbox and I did not even code the remote to do that. Input selection is selected via remote. The TV itself is clean and nice. Be careful with it since it is glass and is fragile if given too much pressure. The picture quality is great. It is really great with a soundbar system. I have the HDMI sound control. The TV makes click noises every now and then. Other than that, it is sweet. The futuristic feature is mainly what the remote can do. You have to press a button to talk into it. The TV connects to websites too even YouTube. But there are no external buttons on the TV itself, so have batteries standing by just in case. I have not had to replace any batteries yet.

The TV came out of the carton and was very easy to setup. The color and size is perfect for the room it is in. I thought the color was better than other brands I viewed in the store. Can't go wrong with the Samsung 2160 smart TV.

This TV has a very good picture and sound. The only problem is that there are no external controls (ie: cannot turn on or off except with remote). This is annoying if remote batteries go dead.

This one is the best in its price range and it's class. Picture quality has been brilliant. HDR 10 has pushed the quality to next level. Dolby digital surround support, 5g wifi support are bonus features of this tv. Worth the price.

The thing I love the most are the 4 HDMI ports on this TV! I can connect all my devices at once & the smart TV also switches to game mode automatically when you connect a PS4 or Xbox. The preloaded smart apps are sufficient as well. Picture quality is good & sound is good enough. As with most flat screens, a sound bar would help boost, but still okay if you don't have one.

Saw TV in store and had to buy it. Brilliant and clear picture. Easy to set up. Never disappointed in Samsung.

If you're looking for a premium Samsung TV this is the one I connect my s10+ and it is flawless best in the market right now do not hesitate on buying this TV it's not better than the Q series but it's up there for sure

Needed a flat screen for the bedroom. The BB salesperson recommended the 49" Samsung for it's picture quality. It does not disappoint. Excellent picture and has all of the add ons being a Smart TV. Highly recommend it!

Qled is less expensive than top brand models and has great picture quality. Easy to set up and operate. WiFi connection to my laptop works well with a 3rd party app. Would definitely recommend and have no complaints.

This tv was extremely easy to install and set up. The color surpasses any tv we have ever had. Super good for any sports games

The TV exceeded my expectation. The image quality is good for everyday viewing. The sound of the TV is also more than enough. The smart remote is kind of finicky. Voice command is cool but it could be better. I wish more channels are available but I am still exploring the Samsung smart app. Overall, a good TV. I am satisfied with the purchase.

This TV is for grandson room, needed to be able to get apps and contact to video games and computers. Is working great for all that and has great picture and graphics for his games he hooked up

Having owned a more budget priced Samsung TV previously, I consider this to have been a worthwhile upgrade. Easy to set-up & I found the picture settings very user-friendly. It's certainly not of the standard of the high-end Samsung TV's, but for around $500 you're not likely to do much better than this model.

Great 49 Inch TV. Easy setup with nice menus. Stunning picture detail and superior resolution. The smart TV features a super easy to use.

This is my second 8 series television. The 49” was a Christmas gift for my mother after deciding her 12 year old Sharp was old enough. I have nothing but good things to say about the mid to high level Samsung displays as they exceed all my expectations. Great for darker rooms. The Smart Hub is 10/10 and is so easy to use for common streaming apps. WiFi connectivity works flawlessly as well. Picture quality leaves almost nothing to be desired other than the occasional over-blur or jitter from interpolation. I highly recommend using RTings setup guide for the display on this television. Made the viewing experience even better.

Love the picture quality, very bright even when the room fills with sunshine. Navigation is clunky though. While the remote is sleek, not having numbers makes channel changing awkward. Managing DVR is also awkward. Also Samsung’s smart features not nearly as comprehensive as Amazon Fire.

Just love my new tv it has been awesome so far, great picture, just love everything about it. Glad I decided to buy a new tv. The NU8000 series is an excellent choice.

Perfect size for the room. The depth of field is outstanding and makes it feel that you are in the room with the actors. Color palet is wonderful and super clear.

The tv was very easy to set up, and the picture quality was superb. Sound for a tv that size is good and very clear. It also makes an execellent monitor for my computer.
