Samsung..not so great..

I went to turn it on this morning Nov 1st and all 4 HDMI ports stopped working for no reason. Fortunately I still have my original TV to fall back on.. Very disappointed and I'm apparently not alone with this issue.

Cracked screen

I am very sorry to see that your TV had a crack in the screen.
Even if a TV is double-boxed and the packaging shows no evidence of damage, a TV is a very fragile device and can still be damaged during transit if proper care is not taken. For example, if the TV were sitting in an incorrect orientation -- laid on its side or tilted -- during transit, internal damage could have been done.
I would recommend you contact your seller for assistance if this appears to have been a delivery issue.

Great TV for Xbox One X
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this TV to use in my home office/ man cave with the main use being my Xbox One X gaming. The specs on the website are not accurate (this is a 60hz panel with the "motion rate 120" not a 120hz with motion rate 240) but with my main usage being console gaming I don't really need anything above 60hz. The colors are great and the One X looks great on this TV. Bonus: it has been announced that this line of TV will be receiving an update that will enable VRR/Freesync which will be awesome for Xbox One X owners

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this TV yesterday, setup was easy even with the slightest user manual, had it up and running within 30 minutes. Picture quality is just fantastic, colors are true and clear at one point I thought that I was watching a 3D tv where the people on the screen were standing out so much. Remote control is the smallest I have ever seen, but that being said after you tinker around with the few controls on the remote you really do not need the large remotes that we are all so used too. The voice control on the remote, unfortunately does not understand Scottish accents, so I do not think I will be using this feature much. Sound quality for such a slim TV is really good even with the factory settings. All in all a really good TV for your bucks.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After a month of use I love this TV. Bought this for an office TV. Works awesome with PS4 pro!! HDTVtest tested the input lag for the 49" model at 13.5msecs in 4K HDR!!! Have not noticed any disadvantage of 60HZ on this 49" model. NFL and MLB games look fine in standard HD, Netflix movies look great. The back of the TV is clean and has a sweet groove to organize cords so there not hanging, stand is nice. Definate upgrade from 43" Panasonic Plasma (great TV). For the money I consider this a solid TV.

The sound is also very good, so good that I returned a Sound Bar I purchased. TV setup is also easy as the TV does it all without any help from someone like me who knows nothing when it comes to things like this. TV does a 1,000 different things, but all I want from it is to watch TV. All adjustments can be done by voice control through the remote.

Might seem old news or silly, but after some hours of research for a 50" ish 4k tv for the back room for an xbox one x; this particular 4K tv will output audio thru the ARC hdmi input. Not all do and optical audio can't pass the better audio formats like hdmi can. I'm not a tech geek honestly, but for me in this instance, Yay I win! Got xbox hdmi output to tv hdmi input 1 and the tv hdmi arc input down to the Yamaha A/V hdmi ARC input. Two hdmi cables, three devices. This is good. ;) This 4k tv has some important features that make it perfect for what I needed.

The color is vibrant and I have had no issues. I keep my TV plugged into the internet vs using it's WiFi function because I found that it took longer to load videos. Also, I purchased a sound bar when i got this TV. I rarely use the TV's speakers, but when I do, it's ok. The sound is as expected.

Shuts off randomly

Great picture sound was ok for a tv and loved the overall look of the tv. Now for the the bad.... On 11/18/2018 i was watching a movie on VUDU using the built in app and the TV just randomly shut off, didn't think to much of it at the time. Everything was fine the next day how ever on 11/20/2018 was playing a game on my PS4 pro and again the TV just shuts off. It goes on like this for the next few days one day it will be fine then on the next 11/21/2018 it shuts off twice in just a few hours. And now we come to today 11/23/2018 TV shuts off again. This time i leave the TV off an unplug my PS4 Pro just to make sure its doesn't have something to do with it then i go to turn the TV back on and i just get a black screen i can hear sound just no picture. So i shut the TV of unplugged it and plugged it back in and was able to get picture back but at this point i have to believe something is wrong with the TV. So i have submitted a return request and will ship it back Monday for a refund. At this point i may spend a bit more and get a Sony.

My tv randomly disconnects from my router, very annoying. I have updated my router and modem within the last year so that isn't the issue. The only way that I can get it to reconnect is to unplug the tv or hold down the power button until it resets.
