I was very happy with this order. Competitive price and I got it in 2 days. I had a Samsung 1080P tv before that had a great picture so I went with a Samsung again. The NU8000 is great. I was not disappointed. It has a great picture. It was recommended for gaming and I got this tv mostly for my xbox one x. Watching regular tv (1080) is enhanced. Even black and white movies look great because the black/darker areas really pop. Also the tv design is very sleek and looks great. I would recommend purchase to anyone.

Brilliant picture, great sound. Was easy to install, love this new remote. Old .avi files don't play back on this TV, but I still have my old BD player, which supports this file format. Doesn't have audio outputs for my old wireless headset, only optical audio. I'll try to find adapter or have to buy new headphones, which is not a big deal.

I have only had this TV for about a month and, so far it has worked beautifully. It was fairly easy to set up following the provided set-up instructions provided. The picture quality is first class. My only disappointments are the missing RCA connections and only one digital audio connection on this model. I am not really pleased with the voice either, which I find hard to understand. However, all said and done, I believe this is a good product.

This tv is super intuitive. Picture looks great. The smart remote automatically works with just about every component.

Someone returned this to my local BB, and did me a great favor. My Vizio (1st 4k tv) died, so I was in the market for a new set. I had been window shopping b4 that happened, and was looking at this model. As luck would have it, someone returned this set, and I got it for about $200.00 off the original price. This set is great, love the remote, HDR is fantastic, setup was easy, it's a Samsung what else can I say. And by the way, the Best Buy sales reps are top shelf. GO TEXANS!

I bought this for our bedroom after researching a million other TVs. So far so good. Picture is excellent! Setup was a breeze!! I just need to recalibrate it. Praying it lasts just like our other 8000 series one.

The picture is so clear and crisp. It is very easy to use. The remote is simple and yet you can do a lot with it.

Smart TV in every aspect. It walks the user thru every element of the set-up and does so in a manner that requires little thought. The unit is quite intuitive and had my DirectTV and Netflix running on the unit in a matter of minutes. Once operational we were able to enjoy the crystal clear picture. My only regret? Not purchasing it sooner. All of my research on this model showed favorable ratings and left me with the confidence this would be a reliable model long term.

One of the best tech purchases I have made in years (besides my Nintendo Switch). The picture is clean, it has bluetooth and wireless connectivity, it has a game mode to make your games look better, and it has grooves in the back to hold your cables. It also has apps like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, and local cable. I researched for weeks for a TV, and in the end I am satisfied. Just add on insurance and you're good. I love this thing. I hug it sometimes before bed.
