Great picture. Terrible sound. Difficult to set up

There is a cyclic echo while watching cable tv; I haven't noticed it on PS4. When flipping through channels, unavailable channels cause the cyclic noise to be much louder. I haven't been able to find a way to disable those channels, so I have to hear the noise any time I'm channel surfing. I'm not too impressed with the sound level either. I would not recommend.
