Absolute Trash
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Stay away from Samsung. This washer started rusting only a couple of years into owning it. If you look it up, it’s a known issue. It finally died the other day and I was grateful to have a reason to get rid of it. Clothes stopped smelling clean long ago, and even using the washing tablets didn’t help. It’s also so deep that an average sized person will struggle to grab clothes. We always had tongs on hand to help retrieve the last bit of clothes in the drum. It was also always going off balance. Worst appliance purchase of my life.

Best Washing Machine We Have Owned

Big and quiet, doesn’t spin fast

Works great with clothes, but a different story with towels. Heavy Duty cycle does not get majority of the water out during the spin cycle, unlike my former Kenmore Elite did. Takes well over an hour to dry these towels then.

Huge capacity

It also does not have the center agitator which has been known to pull drawstrings out of shorts and tear clothes. It is quiet and has done a fantastic job removing moisture by the end of the cycle.

Time Saver, more OUR time

Can do a weeks worth of laundry in 3 loads. Clothes come out fresh and clean. Less lint in the waste trap, gentle on clothing. You can't go wrong.
