Expected much better in upper end model. Smart app is a useless feature. The only reason it does not get one star is that it does wash clothes. I am going to return for a better washer and dryer. (LG possibly.) Samsung has lost a customer with their long line of sub-par products. Highly disappointed with 3 of 4 Samsung appliances purchased on 12/1/21.

Dings and Dents on washer, there is a problem when it spins which I have to call and use Samsung now and hope it can be fixed. Not happy at all!!!

Feature wise is way better with wifi connectivity that you can adjust the settings, see where your washing stage is at (washing, rinsing, etc). It also washes faster than my old washer thus saving me time. In my old washer, it takes a little over 1 hour to wash the laundry but this takes about 45 minutes. It has a dryer option but needs a compatible dryer hook up.

I’ve always been worried because I hear horror stories about how these don’t last. I honestly think it’s because people are buying the cheapest models that are always on sale. We wash all the time with these. Our utility bills are smaller with them as well. Not as much wasted resources.

In 4 months, I've had to make 3 service calls about the same problem. It repeatedly gets to the 01 minutes left and won't complete the wash cycle. The first time I called Samsung and they told me how to remedy the problem (run the calibration cycle). Silly me didn't write it down. The second time, they sent a text with the instructions. The third time, they're sending a repair person. 2) It's difficult to make it work, to add a rinse cycle, any other extras. Too much electronics, IMHO. I would prefer a dial with words to choose my cycle. I would not buy this "smart" product again. UGH.

It is a cinch to clean and keep your clothes smelling fabulous. There are so many cycles to choose from to effectively clean your clothes depending on what type of clothing or articles you may be washing.

I’m really disappointed because this washer is louder than the one I just gave away for free, and the reason I gave it away was because it made a loud noise during the spin cycle.
