This washer does clean well but has some really annoying issues. I would choose a different model if I had known. The settings are easiest to adjust on the app and kind of difficult to adjust on the actual washer and dryer since the control panel lacks physical buttons. Then, the doors are way bigger than necessary and in my small laundry room, the washer door hits the wall. I also cannot overstate how annoying the end of cycle chime is. The chime is very long, very loud and cannot be turned off or lowered. If both the washer and dryer go off at the same, it's like listening to 2 musical clocks going off at the same time. If your washer and dryer are anywhere near your living space, it gets annoying and will probably wake you up. No idea why samsung would not allow you to turn it off but sounds cannot be adjusted in any way on this model. Lastly, if you live in Central Ohio the best buy delivery was horrible. They installed the units incorrectly so that my dryer was impossible to use due to the door position. The technicians were rude and argumentative. They crushed the dryer vent when they pushed the dryer into place since it came with a semi rigid vent and they did not use the joints. They also scratched the crap out of my dryer and the geek squad would not fix the scratch situation at all when I called. This also tells me these are easily scratched and will not look good in the long run.

Great Samsung product as always. They’re reputation is impeccable. Took the plunge and purchased both the Washer & Dryer. Amazing pair that get the job done proficiently, and did I mentioned they’re smart machines? Being from the SmartThings ecosystem, this was a great addition. Lots of uses and does them with ease.

I’m so glad I spent the extra money for this washer!! I also purchased the matching dryer. Both are extremely efficient and lots of different options!

Very great Samsung washing machine. I think this one is one of the best smart washing machine that you can manage all options through the phone.

I really like this front load washing machine. I originally purchased the Black one but saw it went on sale for $200 less and decided to get this white one which looks gray from a distance and matches very well with my refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. The guys who delivered this to me installed it with no issues and I washed 2 loads right away, its nice to have my very 1st own washing machine.

Although we wanted this in Black, the pedestals were out of stock. We settle for Ivory, which looks stunning in our laundry room! I haven’t even gotten a chance to test out all the numerous features yet, but the basic wash functions are excellent. Cleans the clothes so well in one cycle!

Havent had it very long but so far i love the look and ease of use!

Great new model for 2021 smart home integration, quiet operation.. geek squad installation was absolutely terrible but the Samsung product is great

I love my new Samsung Washer & Dryer! They clean the clothes so much better than the other ones I had. You can really tell! I can even program the cycles and options from my Samsung Ultra S21 and send it to the washer and dryer. I also have an older model Samsung Washer and Dryer at pur other home that works great. However, this new model is superior! I highly recommend them!

Wow, I am so impressed with this Samsung Washer, the design and color are so beautiful. I added it to my Smarthings app and I get notifications on my phone and smart watch when my load is done, it also plays music when my laundry is done, what a unique and fun feature! I love all the wash cycles, I get around 24 different cycles to choose from, my favorite is the steam sanitizer and steam cotton, it eliminates the bacteria and bad odors of my laundry. The washer is super quiet and very easy to use and understand, big perfect for big loads like heavy blankets. The soap dispenser is amazing, allows me to add the laundry soap I need without mess. This is the best washer I had ever own! I received this Samsung Appliance at a discount in exchange for your honest opinion!

I am so satisfied with my new Samsung washer! The design is so sleek and so beautiful! I love that I can add this to my Smarthings app and be able to see how long I have left without having to get up. The music feature is loud enough to signal when the loads are done and the tune is so happy. This washing machine has so many amazing settings, that I can choose the cycle I need for the current situation! The washer is so quiet and its size is wonderful for my family of 6. I did notice though, that when I leaned over it to put away the detergent the power button was sensitive to touch so turned off. I just need to watch myself each time I start a cycle. Just this weekend, I was able to use the different cycles for bedding and steam whites. It was amazing. At one point my washer was alerting me that it needed to be balanced. Love how it let me know! #TheInsiders

We are in love with our new Samsung Washer! The color we chose was Ivory which is off-white and looks elegant in our laundry room. It does have stainless accents which make it very modern looking. The “Smart Dial” control learns my day-to-day cycles and automatically puts them as first choices to make setting my laundry up quicker. The extra-large 5.0 cubic feet leaves ample space to be able to wash all my big loads like comforters and blankets without having to go to the laundromat. The Wifi Connectivity is a game-changer. I can set my laundry loads to go from my phone and then monitor the progress with notifications on my smartphone/smartwatch when it is completed. Laundry cycles are faster than my previous Samsung washer. I'm able to do more loads and finish quicker. There's also a feature called Laundry recipes where it auto presets for your type of loads. The steam cycle lets me wash my delicates with ease. The washer is super quiet - Don't even hear it much when it's spinning. The washer also notifies me when it needs to be cleaned and there you can set a self-cleaning wash. The units can be stacked with the dryer on top but we decided to buy pedestals and put them side by side. If we had opted to stack there's a feature on the washer to control the dryer from the washer and not have to reach to the top of the dryer controls. My laundry comes out so clean and smells so fresh. This was a great upgrade to our home.

This washer is the best washer ever, the soap dispenser is super cool, it allows me to put the right amount of soap, softener, and bleach is so amazing that I get to choose the cycle depending on what I am washing, my favorite is washing whites and towels since this washer also sanitized my clothes; is super easy to use I connected to my smart things app from Samsung and I am able to see the cycle of the washer and I get notifications when my laundry is ready to get it out from the washer, I think this is awesome because I always forget, it also plays music when is done and I get notification on my Samsung tv, so there is no way I will forget my laundry again! The washer doesn't make a lot of noise, but it cleans my clothes very well, just an awesome washer, cool design, and colors, my wife is so happy, makes life easier for her, happy wife, happy life!

We ordered this in December. A damaged unit was delivered in January. The replacement unit was finally delivered May of this year, This washer worked for two months until the ballast ring broke and the washer became unusable. We are still working to get a refund. This is a defective product and should not be purchased by anyone.

This Samsung washer is a pretty amazing machine. What I like about it is that it has many types of cycle settings from normal to activewear, so I can carefully adjust according to the type of cycle I want. I also appreciate that I can link it with the SmartThings app which is extremely convenient for busy parents who need to add some organization to their routine. Aside from this, the way it washes is unbeatable. Every single time I am impressed with how well it does on my clothes. They always come out smelling so great. I also enjoy that it’s not very loud and it makes this really sweet chime when it’s done! Finally, the child lock is a must for all parents of mischievous toddlers. Great washer, no major complaints so far and very easy to setup. The only minor issue is; it has a bit of a learning curve getting use to the interface and the tutorial ( not a very good tutorial) kept popping up every time we turned it on for the first couple days.

Amazing washer, quiet,sleek, easy to use. It handles loads with ease, king size bedding is a breeze. Everything is super fresh! Only problem I had, and it was nothing to do with the unit, was the delivery. The delivery guys scratched and dented the unit on installation, so I had to call geek squad for replacement where I got thee most rudest customer service rep who flat out lied giving me a fake date of return delivery causing me to take time off work to be present. When I called back geek squad they had no proof in their system that an appointment was ever made!!!...the customer service rep I got , this time was very professional and handled everything necessary to get replacement unit back out to me in a timely manner, nonetheless, I love my new washer but geek squad needs to have a better handle on the inconsiderate personnel who plainly have no regards to the customers who pay good money for appliances and believe in Geek squad!
