This washer is so easy to operate and works really well. The clothes come out nice & clean.

So far, so good. This was a purchase replacement of the same washer that was only 6 months old. The prior washer internal brackets broke which made the washer unable to be repaired. Time will tell if this new washer holds up better than the last. Other than that, the washer runs quiet and washes well with a multitude of washing options.

Great washer with TONS if features. The quick cycle does a great job when you dont have much time. For the heavy duty jobs, the steam cycle is amazing at getting the clothes clean and santized. Very quiet when washing clothes, and the added convenience of being able to start a wash remotely is so cool! I definitely recommend this washer.

Wow this machine looks awesome and is very efficient. I upgraded after many years. Love the smart capabilities. This connects to an app and provides notifications of your laundry’s status! Definitely will always pick Samsung for my laundry appliances. Great build quality.

Love the ease of use. We usually worry about having my mother in law use new appliances and this is a breeze for her as we have it set to a certain cycle. We can also see use on our phones. We got washer and dryer on pedestal and love them both!!

This washer has many features, and I strongly recommend reading the manual before using. I'm not a HI-TECH person and haven't figured out 3/4 of what this machine can do. As far as washing I'm satisfied. Still not tried all the bells and whistles yet.

Its been over a year that we had these. We did about 100 washes and drying cycles and so far great! They look amazing and work amazing. Couldnt be happier.

Sleek and stylish washer that works great. It connects to my phone too, so that when a cycle is done, I can get a notification. It works with Alexa too, which is pretty cool. Samsung really stepped it up with this one.

Was sad that my previous washer died, but this one has risen to the challenge. I like that it has so many options and lets me know when it is done by texting me. Solidly built and no issues at all. A bit taller then our last machine, so measure if you have a tight space. My husband is in construction, so I needed a large machine to handle the heavy clothes and was thrilled to find it has a "sanitize with steam" feature for that kind of filthy clothing! We have it running all time and I gotta say I love it.

Beautiful design and large capacity push this to the next level. Beware, this thing is hefty! The stack ability and size make installation in tight locations relatively easy.

This is our first Samsung washing machine. We bought the set dryer included as well as pedestals for both. I recommend the pedestals as well. They provide good storage as well as bringing the height for the doors up for easy loading and unloading. The only thing that seems a bit odd is when it's on high speed spin, you can see the machine vibrate. It doesn't move on the floor and seems level so I don't think it's an issue, just the way it's designed. The tune it plays when done is very long. I've never heard one that long before. Overall, it works great and does a good job.

good size, pain to use, App doesn’t work and you can’t turn the annoying cycle completion sound!

Washer works great just dryer making noice from 1st time use may be it’s manufacturer fault so we called for replacement and they said it will be deliver in 1 week

A top-loading washing machine is a good choice if you like a more traditional configuration. Because the water in top-loaders drains down and out, they are less likely to develop mold and odors than front-loaders are and that's the reason many consumers prefer them. However, it’s a good idea to clean the tub and dispensers of all washing machines about once per month. Newer, high-efficiency top-loading models provide excellent cleaning and are still energy efficient even though they use more water than front loaders and they can come with or without center agitators.

1 hour wash and dry is a true promise. Lot of space. I have tested on beddings with super heavy loads to stress it out. I find it passed in my test.
