It was a challenge installing it on the tile floor as it was "dancing" across the room but some tape did the trick. The guy installing it said that this was his last resort but it works.

Had a top loader and now using this and a dryer in the non-stacked config. Interface to get a load going is a bit slower compared to fixed switches and buttons. Love the Wi-Fi connected interface!

Total waste of money

Bought this as an unused floor display model with the matching dryer and had them repaired multiple times including having to pay over $500 a couple weeks after the warranty expired. These Samsung products have been the worst experience in anything I have ever purchased. Never will I purchase another Samsung product or recommend the brand.

Geek Squad came out to repair and said that the interior bolts and counterweights broke off and this could not have been caused by consumer error and was the result of a manufacturer error. Repair cost is greater than cost to replace. Disappointed as of course this happened only ONE MONTH after the manufacturer warranty expired. Do not recommend.

I would not recommend this item nore best buy protection plan. I bought protection for $200 and it expired after 12 months and if you dont renew it you lose the protection on your items as well.

Bought it through best buy and had it professionally installed. Something popped inside during the spin cycle and it about shook itself out the window and started leaking.
