Complimented as the Tesla of washer and dryer. Touch control, aesthetically pleasing, and wifi enabled/smart washer makes this appliance look and feel modern. This unit replaced a 7 year old Samsung washer that was giving the infamous ND error code. The notification of time to completion of the washing cycle is a nice touch. The soil, spin, and temp is adjusted from 1 to 5. What I enjoy GREATLY is the Optiwash and the detergent/softener dispenser. The detergent/softener is able to fill up, according to the manual, 20 loads. The Optiwash dispenses the amount of detergent and softener it thinks the cloths need. This amount can be adjusted from default x 1 but I increased the amount to x 2. The knock off star is the high-efficiency claim. This is NOT high efficiency washer compared to older generations. ALL my Optiwash cloths run through one cycle and the notification on the APP notifies the cloths are extra soiled requiring another rinse/wash (essentially another cycle), and the cloths are not covered in debris or dirt, just normal every day wear.

I purchased the matching electric dryer and had them stacked. Overall, their operation is fantastic, the washing machine is much larger than my former Whirlpool Duet that was 13 years old. It washes well, and the OptiWash is a nice feature to help reduce using too much or too little detergent. I was a little disappointed that the MultiControl cable is NOT included with the pair of units when you purchase and is separately sold, but not a deal breaker. Installation went smoothly, but I had to reprogram the washer as it was initialized in Spanish and the dryer was in English and the App takes a little while to pair to your units, so be patient.

I absolutely love this washer. It does everything well. My last front loader was a washing machine with a wrinkle cycle as the last part of the wash. The wash cycles are quick and efficient. No more watching the drum roll once to the left and once to the right for the last 5 minutes of the cycle. The washer also doesn't put permanent wrinkles in your clothes like my last one did. The wifi and smart things app work great. I can fill the washer before I go to work. I can select any wash cycle I want from my phone and start the wash so it's ready to go in the dryer when I get home. It's a great time saver. If you get held up you can always rinse and spin remotely to keep the laundry fresh. Not having to add detergent or fabric softener everytime you do a load is also a pleasure. The drum light is overkill, but hey, some people may not have a well lit laundry room, so who am I to judge. The chimes at the start and end of the cycles are pleasant instead of the growling buzzer I used to have. Buy this machine. It's a no brainer.

Love the look of the washer and it has a ton of features. The ability to store detergent and softener and have it dispense is amazing and makes doing laundry that much easier. The settings are not as intuitive as my previous washer, where with this you have to scroll through a menu to choose your settings. I was hoping you can create your own settings that included locking in these settings (ie active wear to not dispense detergent), but you can only preset the temp, speed, soil level. So, while it looks really cool, I have to scroll through the options every time vs just pressing a button. Nonetheless, it seems to wash well. As for the AI and Optiwash features, still getting a feel for those and how effective they are vs making the selections.

This washer is amazing! The number of cycles and the overall ease if use is incredible. Even my daughters can use this washer. Now everyone wants to do laundry! It links to my phone and I am able to use the "Smart Things" app to control things.

Upgraded from an old model combo washer/dryer; first time owner of a front loader and have owned it a bit over one week. Notably good: Very very quiet, even during spin cycle. Lots of cycles, but doesn't offer the downloadable cycles seemingly available on other models. The HE seems to be very efficient and uses much less water than expected. Controlling both the washer and dryer (Model: DV-MCK/A1 MultiControl between them) is convenient when stacked. (power button on dryer still needs to be used though, oddly) Customized spin level helps shorten drying times of different types of loads. Auto-dispense of laundry products is nice. Extra rinse cycle option available on most modes is nice and helps remove detergent scents. So-So: Some cycles take a very long time With MultiControl link, the control reverts back to Washer too quickly if you pause a moment while picking dryer cycle selections and/or starting the dryer. The app shows time to complete and options selection for selecting a mode or starting it, but not levels of detergent and doesn't appear to allow checking/updating firmware. And, the app requests permissions it really shouldn't need: I deleted it after looking at it) Pairing the app to the washer took a couple times. Seems a bit larger than expected, although maybe no larger than other brands for the capacity. Lack of color choices: couldn't choose black stainless, only the glossy black, limiting color matching of other appliances if they are in the same room/area. Some moisture remains between the door and drum when the cycles complete, makes me worry about future mold/mildew if the door is left closed. Probably a problem with all front loaders. Annoying (contributes to star less) The only end-of-cycle "chime" is terrible and only able to be enabled or not, not changed as on some other models. No riser or pedestal clearly states whether they support both washer and dryer together when stacked and yet the washer is a bit too low without one. No good way to wash a pillow and have it adequately spin, could include some kind of rack/boxed tray similar to the matching dryer. Other: Was not offered extended warranty options at check-out time.

Product has been amazing! I like the ease of use. It has been such a big upgrade from our previous unit. Larger capacity and quicker times. Has been a great addition to our house.

Great washer with connectivity to other Samsung devices and the Smart Thing app for ease of receiving notifications when you laundry is ready for the dryer.

I’m absolutely happy with this purchase. I made this purchase when my old washing machine died. The Samsung is quiet, efficient and the AI features are fantastic!

The setup is very easy and the touch screen makes it super easy to use also. It is supper quiet considering that my laundry room is on the second floor.

I love my new machine! It is so quiet. Clothes washes very well. I needed a machine that can wash big comforters. This machine does the trick.

I bought this in March 2022. With all the functions that this washer and dryer offers, we are more than satisfied. To avoid having to add detergent and softener for each wash cycle, we really enjoy to simply fill the reservoirs and allow the machine decide how much to use! But that's not exactly what's going to happen. I added manully as well. Additionally, the SmartThings connectivity is a plus over standard wifi connectivity. Additionally, the washer is amazingly silent while running the wash cycle. Another fantastic feature of the stacked units is the multi-control installation, which allows you to operate the dryer from the washer control panel below. The side dryer vent was also added. If you like this product go for it ! You will be disapponted bit.

Great washer, love how it works with the Samsung Smart Things app, it will tell you when you're laundry is done. You can also restart it if needed and change settings with smart controls.

Excellent choices. I really like the look and feel and features.

I only had this machine for a short period of time due to it arriving damaged, but in that short period of time I was impressed with the efficiency and features. My favorite feature is the automatic detergent feeder. I didn't realize how wasteful I have been over the years after seeing how little detergent the machine used and still produced superbly cleaned clothes. The AI integration recommends the drying cycle that best matches the wash cycle you just used, so the transfer to start process is so much quicker as well. The fact that you can stack the dryer on top of this unit is an added bonus to save that extra space in your laundry room. Additionally, I really did appreciate the clean look and ability to get access to everything either through the spin dial or the SmartThings app from my phone.

Samsung Washer is reliable and easy to use. The Touch Screen Panel which is programable makes it easy to wash redundantly. The Compartments for Softner and Soap saves time. Very quiet and stable. I like the extra space to take on a full load of clothes.

I really like how big this washer is. I can easily fit twice the load of my last washer. It's nice to have the option to put in enough detergent for several loads. My only complaint is sometimes the touchscreen doesn't seem to work the first time I press a button. Overall a good washer.
