I love my new washer and dryer! They are beautiful, sleek, efficient, quiet, and do an incredible job of washing and drying my laundry. I had a great purchasing experience; the customer service rep was friendly and informative. The delivery arrived on time and the setup process went smoothly. The customer service was phenomenal. I highly recommend purchasing your washer and dryer from Best Buy.

Great washer - love the Super Speed cycle! Quiet and easy to use.

This washer has been a great investment. For a family of six a 5 ft.³ capacity was a must and did not fail us. The different cycle options along with the Auto detergent, and or softener option are great .

Very good washer - note that the installers 1) switched hot and cold and 2) did not insert drain tube in drain, which resulted in minor flooding. This was not an issue with the washer. The AI function is interesting - takes a multiple uses to teach. Would buy again. Note that this review is two weeks into ownership. Perhaps a follow-up in a year would be more realistic.

I’ve been using this machine for about a month now. I don’t like it because I’m not that tech savvy and it’s overly complicated. I like to see my options and not have to look at a manual to remember how to change settings. Hold for 3 seconds to get to one menu but hold for longer for another menu. Something like that. It’s annoying. The auto detergent dispenser is great in theory but you have no idea if it actually worked. How much is it using? I put inn3 full caps fulls of detergent but it did not ask me to refill the reservoir for way too many loads. At least 10 loads and it still said I had detergent. I much prefer a simple machine with clear choices that are easy to access.

I love this washing machine. It has taken me a few loads of laundry to really get the hang of it, but now that I have, I love it. Pairing it with the dryer makes laundry that much easier. The washing machine will send the information on the load to the dryer. So if you washed your clothes using the “Towel” setting, it will let the dryer know to dry “Towels”. If you want to select a different dryer setting, you can do this as well. This product really shines with the SmartThings app. I downloaded it on my iPhone (and iPad) and it sends me alerts about my laundry. It also reminded me to clean the lint trap (whoops). I have also gotten alerts about it running low on detergent (I didn’t fill it that much, I was skeptical). It also keeps track of general maintenance. The only issue I see is that water collects in the rubber lining on the door. It you keep the washer shut, before it drys, it seems like it could lead to mildew growth.

Samsung washer is amazing, like the automatic detergent and softener dispenser makes adding them easier you fill and when they alert you you fill them up. Overall great appearance and washes clothes great.

Every time I use OptiWash, I get a message on my phone that my clothes are super dirty and it's gonna add more detergent and time. My washing machine is negging me! (Look, my kids are 4 and 7, okay, this is gonna happen.) All that said, it washes great. It's got more cycles and options than I'll ever use. I love the auto-dispensing detergent so I don't have to measure for every cycle. Most of the SmartThings integrations are silly, but getting notifications when the cycle is done is really useful. We'll see how it is on durability. My previous Samsung only lasted 7-8 years. I mostly only went with another for the features and clearance price.

I wanted to love this washer and I put up with a lot before deciding to return it. When I first ordered the set, both of them had issues with the barrel being loose, and sounding like an airplane motor. I had returned them and got a new set within 3days. The noise is gone and it's quiet now, but the wash is horrendous. The washer will estimate that a load will take about 1hr, but will still be in the washer 30minutes after that. One problem I have had is that the washer will get stuck on a rinse+spin cycle and will do this for hours. I washed some clothes over night and it was still going. I had to manually shut off the washer and drain the water to get my ruined clothes out (the threads were torn apart). The second issue which has caused me to immediately return this is the lack of draining in the barrel. My youngest daughter still has issues holding her bladder and I need to clean those clothes in a separate wash and choose the option to do an extra rinse. On multiple occasions, it has left the dirty water in the barrel the entire cycle and when I pull it out of the washer the clothes are soaked in filthy water. This has happened on normal loads as well. I have had to drain the washer each time. Now, it no longer removes the liquid. This is the 4th time in a row where the liquid will not drain. My husband has been complaining about this washer since we got it, but I took pride in it in my home so I kept trying to fix it as per their instructions. But this is ridiculous, I can't wash any loads anymore.

Works great and it’s easy to use and very quiet and pretty

Excellent machine. Lost my previous Samsung set in a divorce and am so happy I pulled the trigger on this set. They are so quiet and especially love the auto detergent / softener reservoir. A lot of bells and whistles with excellent features like wifi / remote app control.

Fantastic and simple machine to you. It does all the thinking for you! I got the pedestals because just getting too old to bend over too low!! Love the set...and I can do almost everything from my phone!!

Good machine. Nice and sleek looks. Very quet. Quick and easy to setup. Self cleaning is a bit long and the end cycle chime is too long other than that very happy with the machine.

I absolutely love this washer! It is super high tech, love being able to control it via my app, love the feature that it connects to the dryer. Love the many options it has for washing, love the auto dispense mode for the detergent and the fabric softener.

Our previous washer was about 20 years old when it went out so we decided to replace it with a front loader, we had no idea how much water we were wasting with the old top load. We love the WiFi capabilities and notifications. It is quiet and efficient.

Absolutely love the design! Super sleek and modern. I love how there are minimal words written across the screen like so many other models and the few buttons it has are very easy to use unlike other models. Excited to use these in our new home!

Love the look. Very efficient. It has automatic despenser for the detergent and fabric softner. Sounds are annoying and haven't been able to figure out how to shut them off.
