Would recommend this product to all. Works great. Need little time to understand the functionality, and once you do it’s a great product.

Got this washer/dryer set and it’s easily the best machines I’ve ever owned. The smart features are a great plus, and I love that I don’t have to put detergent in every time I wash something.

Love this washer. So SMART and connects to your phone and even a samsung tv if you have a newer brand. I love how it helps you pick what wash option you should use for certain clothes..all from your phone.

The machine works well it’s nice and quiet and I like the ability to upload cycles from the app and notifications when it’s done

I bought the washer and dryer did my moms and they have working good for a year now.

It takes a little time to get use to how to operate the settings at first, but then it's a snap. Works great and I saved money after the first month of use.

This came as one of the recommended washer for my dual dryer. Although they differ in height and don’t look good together. Had to return this to get a dual washer.

So far so good, the machine vibrates when spinning, not sure if that is normal. Installation guys did not level anything, did not even try it before they left, said that is beyond the scope of installation , did not wanted to replace old hoses even though I bought new ones which was a requirement for installation. Was hesitant to even give it a fist try as I was unsure if they had removed the transportation bolts. Regarding the vibration, I gave it some more room to vibrate, sounds like a shopper landing on the house but that’s ok since I live by the airport so not much of a difference.

I love this machine! Its quiet, holds a larger load (when needed), uses less water. Its wonderful.

Great washer with a multitude of options. It is quiet and washes pretty good. Best washer I have had ever. Setting up the Smart things app was a breeze.

This was a great purchase. I didn't know what to expect, but I am in love. I even forget it is on because its so quiet. Amazing! Smart technology!

This is a machine that you will love! I like the auto detergent and softener dispensing features. I do about 3 loads of laundry each week. It has been about 2 months and I only had to refill the dispenser once. It is very quiet and it "responds" in lightening. As soon as I press the Start button, it starts running!!! It is quiet, holds more than my old washer. It "measures" the weight of items you put in - I guess it then determines the duration it needs to run. I also like the preset options that you can choose to run as well.

Very quiet washer and with the sanitation option is what we wanted for the kids, would but again! Plus it’s brush black!!!

I love the AI part as well as the auto-dispense of detergent and softener. This unit also is Wi-Fi connected, so it can keep me informed of it's status. I was bragging to colleagues that it texted me saying that the load I was washing was particularly soiled. As a result, it told me that it was adding more detergent & would not complete as soon as expected. I LOVE this. My colleagues that it was sort of creepy and big-brother like (as in the book "1984") but I couldn't disagree more. I bought it as "open box" so I got a tremendous deal, but it was just a display model - never used and in mint condition.

Washer is very sleek and easy to use. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking to purchase a new washer.

It does all the thing, and does them all well. I thought I didn't need the smart features, but they are super convenient.

A real nice washer, you can load a large amount of close with ease
