First off, this thing is beautiful, the piano black simply looks stunning and is fingerprint resistant. I love the futuristic look and how it appears quite simple and clean cut. Who knew your washer could be admired by others, but I've had several people spend time checking it out. I love the simplicity of the operating panel, and the very straightforward set of choices which are digitally saved for future use. Ofcourse the main feature of this line is the smart control. Having the ability to monitor your wash in the smart things app is truly futuristic and completely changes how you go about planning your washes. It makes this chore almost seemless in your already digitized and automated life. I love the ease in which you can load the detergent manually and automatically, and how easily you can pop out the tray to clean it. As you can see, this unit is compact, much smaller than my old washer and yet a larger capacity. I was worried that the front load would be loud, but it wasn't! I do feel that the added gravity has made my clothes cleaner compared to my previous top loading machine. I would say that a pedestal would be nice as without, the unit is very low to the ground. Used as a stacked machine would be perfect. Be aware that the door opens from right to left, meaning when you open the door, it folds open against the left side. This may be very important to you in the layout of your laundry room as for me it has made a minor inconvenience. The self cleaning feature keeps everything spotless inside. I really love the look and efficiency of this washer and am thoroughly enjoying the smart controls.

Very nice clothes washer. Like that it tells when to self-clean and the liquid detergent reservoir. Plastic feet are slippery of wood floors.

We love using it. However, when we need door reversal, we have to pay $49.95 plus tax.

Run! Don’t buy Samsung appliances! Took over a month to have washer repaired finally they gave a new washer after Samsungs repair company damaged the link between washer and dryer as well as flooded my home doing the repair. Then later washer broke again they have been pulling my chain for over 30 days saying everyday to give them 24 hours to resolve the problem and every 24 hours they say the same thing. Don’t buy Samsung appliances!
