However there were scratches on the top lid. The lid itself was removed and hardware missing. When inspected seems like the washer was remanufactured. According to BB policy "excelent" condition should be lilke new, no hardware missing, all the original box and documents should be present. It was not.

We replaced the previous model that failed with this one being assured it had been improved and given that the dryer was still working we wanted to maintain the matched set. Boy what a terrible decision. This model has proven to be worse than the last one. Washing clothes sound like a jet engine taking off. Samsung and best buy have pointed the finger at eachother regarding a fix. It is 1 year old and still horrible sounding when trying to run a wash cycle. It sounds like a jet engine taking off for the entirety of the spin cycle. Terrible product dont buy!!!!!

Disappointing and does not last 2 years

My machine, when spinning, sounds like a jet taking off. Repairs needed, new bearings and flange - Samsung thankfully offered a one time repair, but after 3 weeks I'm still waiting for a repaired machine (and the machine is less than 2 years old). Service quick keeps ordered the wrong parts. I am not happy and of course the warranty ran out.

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bought this machine same day I got it went to use it would not work did not drain at all and would not balance even after calibrating rechecking to make sure it was indeed level nope Samsung no repair in my area so they shipped replacement washer (took over 2 months to receive it) it was delivered and installed worked great for less than 3 months then started throwing codes not working supposedly samsung sending repair tech amazing this time one is availble in my area but we shall see if and when they come if it will be fixed or not.

We washed a couple of loads of laundry and it snagged our clothing, socks, and bed sheets. We returned both the washer and dryer for a full refund. Which was not an easy task. The geek squad was not helpful at all. We made multiple calls with multiple hours on the phone. We ended up going back to the actual store for someone to process our refund. I would not recommend this washer unless you want tore up clothing.

Water leaks from the washing machine are almost always related to controllable circumstances that are easily remedied. To figure out what is causing this, you should:
1. Check the washing machine's water supply and door seal for leaks.
2. Use the right amount of HE detergent, and remove detergent residue from the washing machine.
3. Clean the washing machine pump filter (front load only).
4. Make sure the washing machine is level.
5. Make sure the washing machine's drain hose is installed correctly.
6. Check for Samsung washing machine leaks with a test cycle.
