Thank you Alex I love my set. And the wonderful customer service care you guys hold.

It does a really good job cleaning our clothes. I have it stacked and my only issue, isv that its really loud, like a plane taking off. Might be different side by side.

I went from a 10 year old, basic top load Samsung to this beauty and what a world of difference its made for our family already. Significantly quieter, faster, and gets way more water out during the spin cycle which means quicker dry times. The steam functions gives us peace of mind as we have a three year old toddler in daycare that brings home all the germs, so we have appreciated this feature. Cant recommend it enough.

The look is nice but The wash was okay the clothes not as clean as I would like . The settings were confusing. The door banged for a minute when spin first started then stopped. The rest of the spin cycle was quiet unless it was a large load. A couple times I hit the go to the wash to start and it didn’t start .ended up returning these ans went back to my LG.
