Cleans clothes, better than the GE it replaced. The cycles are long but it seems to not use as much electricity. Wish it had a light in tub, sometimes I miss a sock or small item. GE would often hang (stop) mid cycle, GE advertised its vent Sys (after end of cycle) I’m hoping this unit dries out between loads. Towels have come cleaner, seems to rinse deeper , longer. Options on control dial are clear. Heavy but Easy set up. Doesn’t dance across the floor on spin cycle.

Way quieter than our last model. Works great. I would recommend this to others.

I bought the washer and dryer combo when I moved to my new house and I do not regret it. As a household of 7 we have quite a bit of laundry and have yet to be disappointed. We can wash and dry large loads including comforters without any problems. I was worried about the noise after reading other reviews but these are quieter than any I've had before. I love the different options to use while washing and drying and how easily laundry gets done right the first time. Plus, the black looks wonderful in my laundry room!

Not only does it work well but SmartThings notification when it is completed alone is worth the purchase!

Love the design and color very modern look, the multiple cycles help me wash my clothes depending on fabric needs also love how quite it is when washing.

We have always bought our appliances, computers, refrigerators, TV’s and other items from Best Buy. When our son’s washer/dryer stopped working… we told him that buying the next washer/ dryer needed to be bought at Best Buy. He is vey happy with his new washer/dryer!

I haven't used all of the bells and whistles but replacing our old washer with this one got rid of the sewer smell we had when were first started to use the old washer which was our #1 priority. I notification when the wash is complete helps to stay on task as well and its had worked great thus far!

This is a well-made large capacity washer and dryer set. I’ve used it for nine days and everything is great except for the sounds that come out of it. Become a little innocuous after a while. I’m sure we won’t hear it after a few more weeks lol. The steam settings in both machines are really useful and whites are already Brighter. This machine can tackle a household of towels for four people. Highly recommend. Run down to your Best Buy now and get these machines. Make sure you are a total coverage member so you get that extra warranty. The Best Buy delivery team was fantastic and was able to actually come to my house before 7 AM which was perfect for me.
