Very nice washer and even the fast wash cleans my clothes very well.

I have owned this machine for 6 weeks now. Good washer but Nothing special, I previously owned a GE and LG and preferred them both over this machine. It does have a steam feature, and has large capacity. I got this on sale and I would not pay full retail price. I prefer my old GE model. There’s nothing wrong with it, but nothing spectacular about it either. If you catch a good sale, I’d recommend.

Loving our new Samsung front load washer & dryer. The cream and rose gold accents is perfect for our new laundry room. Both machines are very quite and have amble different settings for specific washes and drying. Also a huge fan of the clothes steamer that is built into the dryer. We’ve only had them for a little over 2 months but so far we are loving them. Family of 5 and the machines keep up with all our washing and drying needs.

So far I like our new washer. It works great and I can even connect it to my phone to get a notification when it's done washing things. To me this is a lot better than the alarm chime that I can't seem to turn off on my dryer. However what I don't like about it is the fact that the door on it rattles whenever I put something bigger into it. Anything over a medium load of laundry makes the door rattle every time it goes into the spin cycle so hopefully that doesn't just break later and I have to get it fixed.

One of the best purchases ive made this year (matching set). The delivery was excellent and the set up took less that 10 minutes. The only regret was not purchasing sooner. This device fits perfectly into my ecosystem and provides real time notifications when cycling. Using the app I can track estimated finish time and receive a notification.

Had the first set 18 years and now started the second set, hope they last as long!

The dryer works awesome. The clothes actually be dry. Yes they also the capacity hole comfortersas well.

Great washer so far. Love the color. Only used it about 4 times since I purchased it and it has done good so far.

Enormous! Someone with short arms wouldn't reach the back, but it will wash more than four queen bed sheets at once. The Pre-Soak feature is a must, 'cause it is a water miser. The total weight of the washer means it doesn't walk around. Makes me happy. PS:I should reiterate that BB should have brought the small truck for my property. :|

Cleans well. My last Samsung washer had the ability to turn off all of the sounds, not just the end-of-cycle alert. This one cannot turn off all sounds, which I don’t prefer.

Works great, amazing how you can control from your smartphone and looks amazing.

Love this washer! Super quiet, and gets everything extremely clean. Bought with the pedestal, so it is at the perfect height. Do not hesitate to buy!
