So far I like our new washer. It works great and I can even connect it to my phone to get a notification when it's done washing things. To me this is a lot better than the alarm chime that I can't seem to turn off on my dryer. However what I don't like about it is the fact that the door on it rattles whenever I put something bigger into it. Anything over a medium load of laundry makes the door rattle every time it goes into the spin cycle so hopefully that doesn't just break later and I have to get it fixed.

Sleek design and works perfect. Clothing taken out when the wash is complete smells wonderful. Excellent in cleaning the most difficult stains and has plenty of selections to make the job easy.

Love this washer! Super quiet, and gets everything extremely clean. Bought with the pedestal, so it is at the perfect height. Do not hesitate to buy!

Uses less of everything (Soap, Bleach etc). Gets clothes very clean and handles bedding with ease. Huge capacity. Love all the settings.

Samsung makes the best washers and dryers. This color is awesome and matches my kitchen perfectly.

Enormous! Someone with short arms wouldn't reach the back, but it will wash more than four queen bed sheets at once. The Pre-Soak feature is a must, 'cause it is a water miser. The total weight of the washer means it doesn't walk around. Makes me happy. PS:I should reiterate that BB should have brought the small truck for my property. :|

Great washer. Was apprehensive about a front load but the rumbling proves to clean better than a top load. I’m completely satisfied. I also love that I can operate it from an app.

Great product love the aesthetic color of it and just a great machine overall

I haven't used all of the bells and whistles but replacing our old washer with this one got rid of the sewer smell we had when were first started to use the old washer which was our #1 priority. I notification when the wash is complete helps to stay on task as well and its had worked great thus far!

I was able to connect this very easily and it works great. Now I am able to monitor my washer and dryer along with my refrigerator, tv’s via the smart things app.

I was surprised when my washing machine and nervous to get a new one. I am happy to say that my new washer is efficient, easy to use and looks great.
