Im in charge of multiple units, and up to whete I started purchasing from Best Buy, it was very difficult to find anything. Best Buy has taking yhe frustrating, not onky for purchases, but for warranty repairs. 10 thumbs up

I love the large capacity and the different settings for different clothing types. The only problem i have with them is how low to the ground they are. I will be buying the separate pedestals in the near future.
