I was very hesitant to buy another Samsung appliance, but truthfully, the sale won me over. So I bought it. But it has been a good experience so far. I love the short wash for just small loads. Great assortment of choices. Once in a while though, it does collect soap from the pod and you have to soak it in hot water to get it out.

Clothes feel cleaner and spin cycle leaves clothes much lighter upon removal. This set replaced my Samsung set which I have has sonce April of 2012. The washer had a slight leak, but dryer is still working without issue. Definately recommend!

Look amazing. Quiet. Convenient cycles are easy to use. Steam Sanitize takes a while on the washer but works great. Only con is that the door on the washer doesn't appear to be reversible which is inconvenient.

Best Buy - What is happening at your company?

Ordered the pair 10/18 in - store and told the rep that they were to be stacked - so stacking kit needed. I was prepping for the install appointment a few days prior and noticed that the kit was not on the order summary. I contacted best buy and they charged me for it (not the problem) and also an additional fee for delivery. When the install day came - they showed up with appliances and no kit. Rescheduled. Next appointment the install guy showed up with the kit...but the kit was missing parts. Rescheduled. Next appointment install guy showed up with the kit but with no instructions to install. Total **** show. In addition - the dishwasher delivered is not what I asked for during my in-store order. It's the incorrect color. No install 3rd party has contacted me to schedule - so that is still not installed either. The order was placed 10/18 and it is now 12/10.

Great looking but couple problems.

Was leaking from the 1st day and had it replaced it almost did the same but modified a little bit, so no issue anymore. Other than that works great, the door opening is smaller than my previous washer too.
